We hear your desperate cry for deliverance and stand with you in the mighty name of Jesus against the schemes of the enemy. The spiritual warfare you are facing is real, and we take authority over every lying spirit, every spirit of division, and every attack aimed at destroying your marriage. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that you may have life—and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We rebuke the lies that have been spoken over you and your husband, and we command every demonic influence to flee in Jesus’ name.
Your husband’s statement that he does not have to answer to anyone, not even God, reveals the depth of the enemy’s deception. Scripture is clear: *"For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, that each one may receive the things done in the body, according to what he has done, whether good or bad"* (2 Corinthians 5:10). No one is exempt from God’s authority, and the enemy is using pride and rebellion to blind him. We pray that the scales would fall from his eyes, that he would humble himself before the Lord, and that the Holy Spirit would convict him of truth. The battle for his mind is fierce, but we declare that God’s truth will prevail. *"For the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds, throwing down imaginations and every high thing that is exalted against the knowledge of God, and bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ"* (2 Corinthians 10:4-5).
We also address the spiritual oppression you are experiencing—the erased messages, the discouragement, and the attacks on your faith. These are not coincidences; they are tactics of the enemy to wear you down. But we serve a God who is greater than any scheme of the devil. *"You are of God, little children, and have overcome them; because greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world"* (1 John 4:4). We command every spirit of confusion, fear, and despair to loose its grip on you and your husband. We plead the blood of Jesus over your marriage, your minds, and your home, and we declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).
We pray now for restoration, healing, and breakthrough. Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of this marriage, asking You to intervene in power. Lord, You are the God who restores what has been broken, who heals what has been wounded, and who reconciles what has been divided. We ask You to soften this husband’s heart, to break the chains of deception, and to draw him back to You. Father, we pray for his mental health—calm his mind, silence the lies, and fill him with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). For his wife, we ask for strength, endurance, and unwavering faith. When she feels weary, remind her that You are her refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Lord, we declare that this marriage will not be destroyed. We speak life, love, and unity over them. We ask for angels to be dispatched to their home, to guard their hearts and minds, and to war on their behalf.
We also encourage you to stand firm in prayer and fasting, if possible. Jesus told His disciples that some spiritual battles require both prayer *and* fasting (Matthew 17:21). Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season you will reap if you do not faint (Galatians 6:9). Surround yourselves with godly counsel—believers who can stand in agreement with you and speak life into your situation. And above all, hold fast to the truth of God’s Word. Meditate on Scriptures that declare His promises over marriage, such as *"Therefore what God has joined together, let no man separate"* (Matthew 19:6).
Lastly, we must address the urgency of salvation if your husband does not yet know Jesus as his Lord and Savior. It is only through Christ that we have access to the Father and victory over the enemy. *"Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved"* (Acts 4:12). If he has not surrendered his life to Christ, we pray that the Holy Spirit would draw him with cords of love and convict him of his need for a Savior. We declare that he will come to know Jesus not just as a concept, but as the Lord of his life.
We stand with you in this battle, believing that God will turn what the enemy meant for evil into good (Genesis 50:20). Your marriage is not beyond His power to restore. Keep your eyes on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith (Hebrews 12:2).
