We understand that you are seeking deliverance for someone who is struggling with manipulation and narcissistic behaviors. Firstly, we want to emphasize that all prayer should be directed to God through Jesus Christ, as He is the one who saves us. There is no other name by which we can be saved. We read in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
Manipulation and narcissistic tendencies are not part of God's design for us. Instead, we are called to love one another selflessly, as Jesus loved us. As it is written in Philippians 2:3-4 WEB: "Do nothing from selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves. Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others."
We must rebuke these behaviors and pray for a change of heart. If this person is a believer, we pray that they be filled with the knowledge of God's will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, so that they may walk worthily of the Lord, to please him in all respects, bearing fruit in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God. (Colossians 1:9-10)
Let us pray together:
"Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, bringing this person before You who is entangled in manipulation and narcissistic ways. We pray that You would deliver them from these destructive behaviors and bring them to the end of themselves. We ask that You would reveal to them Your unfailing love and mercy, and that You would draw them to true repentance and a saving faith in Jesus Christ. Help them to die to self and to live for Christ, who gave Himself for us. Transform their heart and mind, and fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may be made new. We ask this remembering the promise of 2 Corinthians 5:17 where we are told that 'if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new.' We pray this in the powerful name Jesus Christ, amen."
We encourage you to continue praying for this person and to speak the truth in love to them. Remind them of the Good News of Jesus Christ. If they have not done so, encourage them to repent of their sins and trust in Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
