Deliverance Prayer

Beloved of All
Lord Jesus,

I praise you, and thank you. I glorify you. Lord Jesus I ask that you bring down all the strongholds and footholds over me and my son by my mom, and brother, standing on 2 Corinthians 10:3-5, and John 8:36. Lord Jesus I ask that you cancel the principality working thru my mom and brother, standing on Colossians 2:15. Lord Jesus I ask that you dismantle the mountain of injustice against me and my son formed thru my mom and brother, standing on Matthew 17:20. Lord Jesus I ask that you give my mom and my brother a heart of flesh and remove the heart of stone so that they can have a conscience to know the harm they have caused, removing the witchcraft that may be using to protect themselves, standing on Micah 5:12. Lord Jesus I bind off of me and my son all transfer of spirits coming to us from my mom or brother, standing on Matthew 18:18.

I cover me and my son with the precious blood of Jesus, standing on Revelations 12:11. In Jesus name I pray and ask. Amen.

We join you in praising and glorifying the Lord Jesus and we stand in agreement with you for deliverance for you and your son. We hear the burden you carry regarding the injustice and spiritual oppression you feel has come through your mother and brother, and we bring it before the throne of grace together in Jesus' name.

We affirm that our battle is spiritual and that our victory is in Christ alone, for our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Ephesians 6:12. The weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds, throwing down imaginations and every high thing that is exalted against the knowledge of God, and bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ. 2 Corinthians 10:4-5.

We also remember your mother and brother with compassion, for even when we have been deeply hurt we are called to love and pray for those who have harmed us and to forgive as Christ forgave us. We gently encourage you to release any root of bitterness and to entrust all vengeance and justice to the Lord, for it is written Vengeance is mine, says the Lord, I will repay. Romans 12:19. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you. Ephesians 4:32. To honor your mother does not mean to allow ongoing harm or to deny injustice, but to honor God by walking in truth, boundaries, and forgiveness while trusting Him to change hearts.

We pray together now.

Heavenly Father, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ we come before You with thanksgiving and we lift up this dear parent and child to You. Lord Jesus, we ask You to demolish every stronghold and foothold of the enemy over them, for if therefore the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed. John 8:36. We thank You that having stripped the principalities and the powers, he made a show of them openly, triumphing over them in it. Colossians 2:15. We ask that every principality and power working against this family be cancelled and disarmed by Your cross.

Father, in faith we speak to the mountain of injustice that has been formed against them, believing Your promise that if you have faith as a grain of mustard seed, you will tell this mountain, Move from here to there, and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you. Matthew 17:20. Dismantle what has been built by oppression and let Your justice and righteousness reign over this family.

Lord, we also pray for the mother and brother. We ask that You would give them a new heart according to Your mercy, that You will also give them a new heart, and will put a new spirit within them, and will take away the stony heart out of their flesh, and will give them a heart of flesh. Ezekiel 36:26. Remove any hardness and grant them a conscience to see the harm that has been caused, that they may repent and be healed. We ask that You would cut off every form of sorcery and witchcraft and protection of darkness, for You have said I will cut off sorceries out of your hand; and you will have no soothsayers. Micah 5:12. Let no transfer of spirits rest upon this parent or child, for whatever things you bind on earth will have been bound in heaven, and whatever things you release on earth will have been released in heaven. Matthew 18:18. So in Jesus' name we bind every unclean influence and loose Your peace, protection, and freedom over them.

We cover this parent and son with the precious blood of Jesus, for they overcame him because of the Lamb's blood, and because of the word of their testimony. Revelation 12:11. Let Your blood be a seal of protection, cleansing, and deliverance over their minds, bodies, homes, and spirits.

Father, teach them to walk daily in Your armor, in prayer, in the Word, and in obedience, turning from all sin and drawing near to Christ. Guard their hearts from fear and anger, fill them with Your perfect love which casts out fear, and lead them in paths of wholeness. We thank You that You are their defender, their deliverer, and their healer. We trust You to restore what has been broken and to bring justice in Your perfect time and way.

We ask all these things in the holy and powerful name of Jesus Christ our Lord, who alone is our salvation and our access to the Father. Amen.

We hear the weight you are carrying for yourself and for your son, and the pain of feeling opposed within your own family. It makes sense you would cry out for protection and for justice, and we thank you for bringing it honestly before the Lord.

We want to encourage you that your security and your son's security rest in Christ. Even when relationships remain difficult, He remains present and faithful, and He invites us to keep bringing every concern to Him and to stay rooted in His care day by day.

It can help not to walk through these concerns alone. If you have a pastor or a few mature believers you trust, consider asking them to meet and pray with you regularly, to listen to the fuller story, and to help you discern wise and loving boundaries with your mom and brother going forward. Ongoing fellowship and prayer with others often brings steadiness and perspective that is hard to find on our own.

Father, we lift this parent and son to You. Cover them with Your peace and keep them close to You. Bring healing where there has been hurt, wisdom for each decision, and freedom from every harmful pattern. Help them to walk in Your truth and love, and to know Your presence daily. We ask this in the name of Jesus, amen.

Your cry for deliverance has been heard and we join you before the throne of grace to seek the Lord for you and your son.

There is a voice that comes from the excellent Glory when a soul seems about to be dragged down, saying, Deliver him from going down to the Pit. That voice you shall always hear, if you are a child of God, when you are brought into peril and trouble. God has given commandment to save you and you shall be saved, saved from yourself and from all the attacks of your old sins, saved from the devil. We rest upon that mercy which drags off evil habits, snaps bands and sets free, for whom the Son sets free is free indeed, standing on John 8:36.

We pray with you that the Lord who is good, a stronghold in the day of trouble, will be your sure salvation. The name of the Lord is a strong tower, the righteous run into it and are safe. Generous is our God to provide mountain fastnesses where His people may be sheltered from marauders. In that strong tower we ask Christ to bring down every stronghold and foothold raised against you and your son, for though we walk in the flesh we do not war after the flesh, and the weapons of our warfare are mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds, standing on 2 Corinthians 10:3-5.

We ask the Lord to show His triumph over every principality that would work through others to oppress you, for He spoiled principalities and powers and made a show of them openly, triumphing over them in the cross, standing on Colossians 2:15. We ask Him to dismantle every mountain of injustice formed against you and your son, for if ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place, and it shall remove, and nothing shall be impossible unto you, standing on Matthew 17:20.

We pray also for your mother and your brother, that the Lord would take away the heart of stone and give a heart of flesh, that He would open their ears and seal their instruction, that He may withdraw them from purposes that harm and hide pride from them, and bring them to see the harm that has been caused and to seek His forgiveness. We ask that every work of darkness and every covering of witchcraft that would harden or protect a sinful way may be cut off, standing on Micah 5:12, and that they may be brought to look unto Christ and be saved, for it is all you have to do, to look out of yourself and away from yourself, and look to Christ.

In the authority Christ has given His people to bind what is contrary to His will on earth as it is in heaven, we ask that every transfer of spirits coming against you and your son from any source be bound and rendered powerless, standing on Matthew 18:18. And we ask that you and your son be covered with the precious blood of the Lamb, for they overcame by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, standing on Revelation 12:11. May that blood wash your sins away and that robe of His righteousness clothe you, for that alone is covering broad enough in which to wrap a soul.

Look unto Him and be ye saved, and declare the works of the Lord. The Lord has chastened, but He will not give you over unto death. He rebukes the sea and makes it dry, the mountains quake at Him, yet He is your stronghold. May He keep you and your son in perfect peace within His walls, deliver you from the power of darkness and translate you more fully into the kingdom of His dear Son, and work in you both deliverance from the guilt of sin and deliverance from the power of sin, for both are the work of God through Jesus Christ alone.

We commit you and your son to Him who is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness, praying that you shall not die but live and declare the works of the Lord. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your honest prayer has been heard and we have joined you in bringing it before the Lord Jesus. Thank you for trusting us with this burden for yourself and your son, and for the pain you have experienced in your family.

We pray with you that Jesus Christ, who alone is our Savior and deliverer, will be your stronghold and your peace. Scripture teaches that the work of Christ has two great purposes, deliverance from evil and supply of good. He has delivered us from the curse and has brought us into sonship, so that we have put on Christ and have received the Spirit of adoption. It is in that sonship, not in fear, that you and your son can stand. When the Son sets you free, you are free indeed, as you quoted from John 8:36.

We affirm with you that our struggle is not only against flesh and blood, and that God calls us to bring every thought into obedience to Christ, as in 2 Corinthians 10:3-5. At the same time we remember that Christ has already disarmed the powers and authorities and triumphed over them by the cross, as Colossians 2:15 says. The victory does not depend on our ability to name or bind every influence, but on His finished work. You do not need to live in fear of a transfer of spirits or of witchcraft as if it has greater power than the blood of Jesus. The Lord is sovereign, and His protection is sure for those who are in Him.

We also hear your cry about injustice and about wanting your mother and brother to recognize the harm that has been done. God is able to move a mountain, as Jesus said in Matthew 17:20, and He is able to give a heart of flesh in place of a heart of stone. We pray for that work of repentance and renewal in them, knowing that attitudes like hatred, strife, jealousy and witchcraft come from a depraved moral choice that needs repentance, and that those who practice such things are called to turn to Christ to inherit the kingdom. Our prayer for them is not for harm but for mercy, that God would grant them repentance, a conscience that is awake, and faith in Jesus.

You mentioned binding and covering with the blood of Jesus, standing on Matthew 18:18 and Revelation 12:11. We understand that desire for protection. Matthew 18 speaks of the authority Christ gives His church to deal with sin through truth, repentance and reconciliation, and Revelation 12 shows that we overcome by the blood of the Lamb and the word of our testimony. To be covered by His blood is to rest by faith in His atonement and to walk in obedience to Him, trusting that His sacrifice is sufficient to cleanse and keep you and your son.

We want to encourage you in practical ways as you continue to pray:

Continue to abide in Christ daily through Scripture, prayer, and fellowship with a faithful local church. Bring these concerns to trusted pastors who know you and can walk with you and help provide protection and wisdom for you and your son. Use what God has given you, whether protection, teaching, prayer or practical help, for the good of your household and for your neighbor, as God calls each of us to live for the common good.

Seek both boundaries and mercy. It is right to seek safety and justice for your son and yourself, and it is also Christlike to pray for your mother and brother to come to repentance and to know the Lord. If there are patterns of harm, seek godly counsel about healthy boundaries and, where needed, help from appropriate authorities or counselors.

Do not let fear of spiritual attack become the center of your thoughts. Fix your mind on Christ, who does not always promise immediate deliverance from every hardship, but who does give us power to stand above fear, to despise even death itself because of the hope of resurrection and eternal life with Him.

Let us pray for you now:

Lord Jesus, we thank You that You are our deliverer and our righteousness. We ask You to guard this dear parent and child and to surround them with Your presence. Break every stronghold of sin and unbelief, and bring every thought into obedience to You. Let Your triumph on the cross be their confidence. We ask You to work in the hearts of this mother and brother, grant them repentance and a new heart that knows You, and bring reconciliation where it is possible and according to Your will. Help this family to put on Christ daily, to live as children of God by the Spirit of adoption, and to overcome by Your blood and Your word. Give wisdom to protect this child, give peace that passes understanding, and give a faithful community to walk alongside them. In Your holy name we pray, Amen.

If you are able, please stay connected to a local pastor for ongoing prayer and support, and let us know how you and your son are doing so we can continue to pray with you.
