Deliverance Prayer

Beloved of All
Lord Jesus,

I praise you, and thank you. I glorify you. Lord Jesus I ask that you rebuke all of my moms, and my brothers demons and her witchcraft and all the ways she is being used by Satan, standing on Zechariah 3:2. I bind off of me and my son and transfer of spirits coming to us from my mom or my brother, standing on Matthew 18:18

I ask that you cancel and lift off of me and my son all negative words spoken over us by my mom or my brother, standing on John 8:36, and 2 Corinthians 10:3-5.

Lord Jesus I have a special request that you humble my mom and correct her disrespect towards me and my son and her interference with our relationship, she wants my son to call her mom, which is a lie she is her grandmother, I ask that the principality working behind this be canceled and all forms of witchcraft that my mom is operating from be cancelled over my son and me, standing on Romans 12:19, Colossians 2:15, and Micah 5:12.

I cover my son and me with the precious blood of Jesus, standing on Revelations 12:11.

Asking Lord Jesus that you send your angels to encamp around my son and me, standing on Psalm 91 and that you lift standards for me and my son against all attacks coming to us, standing on Isaiah 59:19.

In Jesus name I pray and ask. Amen.

We join with you in the name of Lord Jesus Christ and we thank you for bringing this burden before the throne of grace. We hear your heart to protect your son and yourself and to see your mother and brother set free from the influence of the enemy, and we stand with you for deliverance, truth and peace in your household.

We praise God that you have come in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and authority over the works of darkness. As it is written, there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved, Acts 4:12, and whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved, Romans 10:13. Your standing on the Word is pleasing to God, and we agree with you that greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world, 1 John 4:4, and that we wrestle not against flesh and blood but against the principalities and powers and spiritual forces of wickedness, Ephesians 6:12.

We also want to gently encourage you in love concerning the battle you are facing. The Word tells us that the Lord rebuke you, Satan, Zechariah 3:2, and that whatever we bind on earth will be bound in heaven and whatever we loose on earth will be loosed in heaven, Matthew 18:18, and that the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds, 2 Corinthians 10:4. We have authority in Christ, yet that authority flows from first submitting ourselves to God, James 4:7, walking in forgiveness, humility and obedience, and not from fear. We do not need to fear a transfer of spirits when we are covered by Christ, for if the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed, John 8:36, and we overcome by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of our testimony, Revelation 12:11.

We also hear your pain regarding your mother wanting your son to call her mom and interfering in your relationship with him. We understand your desire for God to humble and correct her, and we agree that witchcraft and manipulation must be cut off, as God says He will cut off sorceries out of your hand, Micah 5:12, and that He disarmed the principalities and powers and made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them in Christ, Colossians 2:15. Yet we must remember that vengeance belongs to the Lord, Romans 12:19, and we are called to bless and not curse, to pray for those who despitefully use us and to desire their repentance and salvation rather than their humiliation. We encourage you to continue to set godly boundaries in love while still honoring your mother as Scripture commands, Exodus 20:12, which does not mean allowing deception or confusion for your son. You are right to teach your son the truth in love, that she is his grandmother, for God is not a God of confusion but of peace, 1 Corinthians 14:33, and we are to train up a child in the way he should go, Proverbs 22:6. Speak the truth calmly and consistently to your son, and let your home be marked by clarity, gentleness and stability.

We also encourage you to pray not only for rebuke of the enemy's work but for the salvation and deliverance of your mother and brother, that the veil would be lifted and they would come to repentance and know Jesus as Lord. The enemy comes to steal, kill and destroy, but Jesus came that we may have life abundantly, John 10:10.

We now pray together with you.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, Your Son. We praise You and thank You that You are our refuge and fortress, Psalm 91:2, and that You give Your angels charge over us to keep us in all our ways, Psalm 91:11. We ask that You rebuke every demonic assignment, every work of witchcraft and every word curse spoken over this dear mother and her son. We ask that You cancel every negative word and bring every thought and imagination into captivity to the obedience of Christ, 2 Corinthians 10:5. We plead the precious blood of Jesus over this mother and her son, over their minds, bodies, home and sleep, and we ask that no weapon formed against them shall prosper.

Lord, we ask that when the enemy comes in like a flood, Your Spirit will lift up a standard against him, Isaiah 59:19. Let Your peace guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus, Philippians 4:7. We ask that You establish godly boundaries, correct what is dishonoring and confusing, and let truth prevail in this family. We pray for this grandmother and for this brother, that You would convict them, draw them to repentance, and deliver them from every chain of darkness, that they may know Your forgiveness and walk in newness of life. Help this mother to walk in forgiveness, wisdom and discernment, to not repay evil for evil but to overcome evil with good, Romans 12:21, and to raise her son in the nurture and admonition of the Lord, Ephesians 6:4.

We submit ourselves to You, resist the devil, and trust that he must flee, James 4:7. Fill this home with Your Holy Spirit, Your Word and Your light, and let no darkness remain. We thank You that You have already triumphed on the cross and that we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us, Romans 8:37.

We ask all this in the holy and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Deliverer and our Hope. Amen.

Thank you for bringing your heart for your son so clearly before the Lord. We hear how much you want to protect him and to have a respectful, peaceful relationship with your mom and brother, and how painful the confusion over roles has been.

We believe God cares deeply about both your protection and your peace. When family tension feels spiritual as well as personal, it can be exhausting. We find it helps to keep our focus on Christ's nearness and His care over you and your son, rather than staying fixed on what others may be doing. Resting in His presence brings steadiness even when relationships feel strained.

A practical step that may help is to decide together with a trusted pastor or mature believer how you will calmly and consistently respond when boundaries are tested, for example what language you will use with your son about who mom is and who grandma is, and to have that same person pray with you regularly so you are not carrying this alone. Having that support can bring wisdom and steadiness in the moment.

Father, we lift this mom and her son to You. Surround them with Your peace, guard their home, give wisdom for every conversation with family, soften hearts where there is hurt, and help mother and son grow strong in their bond with You and each other. Lead them step by step in Your will. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your prayer has come before the Lord who hears the groaning of the prisoner, for He has looked down from the height of His sanctuary and beheld the earth to hear those who are bound. Be assured that He who has delivered His people from the power of darkness is able to deliver you and your son still, and to keep you all the way through.

There is a trial in what you describe that comes distinctly from man, through malice or confusion in the family, and yet even such afflictions may be overruled by the Lord in His special love to you. For this reason we may wisely moderate our anger against second causes and perceive that our smarts and sorrows are still in our Father's hand, so that we may say, The will of the Lord be done. This does not make the wrong less wrong, but it keeps your heart from being consumed by bitterness. The Lord scourges His children but He does not slay them, and it is not killing but curing that God intends when He takes the sharp lancet in His hand. No chastening for the present seems to be joyous, yet afterward it yields the peaceable fruit of righteousness to those who are exercised thereby.

Your hope for deliverance does not rest in the strength of your own binding or loosing, but in this, that God Himself has found a ransom. Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us, and in our place He bore our sins and the curse which came of it. Your deliverance from guilt and from the power of sin is as much the work of God as any other grace, and where we look for justification there must we also look for sanctification. We cannot receive the one blessing through the Spirit and the other through the flesh. We must look to our heavenly Father altogether and alone. If He has delivered us from the tremendous power of sin, He will certainly deliver us from all lesser powers that assail us.

Therefore we pray with you according to the Scriptures you have named, yet with a heart that leaves vengeance in the hands of God and seeks mercy even for those who trouble you.

We ask the Lord to rebuke every evil influence that would seek to harm you and your son, standing on that word, The Lord rebuke thee, O Satan, and to break its power through the triumph of Christ, who spoiled principalities and powers and made a show of them openly. We ask that what you bind on earth according to His will and word may be bound in heaven, and that every negative word spoken over you and your child, every imagination that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, may be cast down, for whom the Son sets free is free indeed.

We pray that the Lord would cancel every work of darkness, and cut off witchcraft and every art that would lead souls astray, and that He would humble and correct where there is disrespect and interference, not in wrath to destroy but in mercy to restore. Vengeance belongs to the Lord, and He will repay, so we leave that to Him and ask instead that He would bring conviction, repentance and peace into your mother's heart and your brother's heart, that they might be saved and walk in truth. We ask especially for your son, that his identity and place in the family would be guarded in truth and love, that he would know clearly and tenderly that you are his mother and that your mother is his grandmother, and that no confusion or principality would be allowed to obscure that God given order. Grant that truth may be spoken in love and that boundaries may be kept with honor, as you honor your mother according to the commandment while also protecting your household.

We plead the precious blood of Jesus over you and your son, for we overcome by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of our testimony, and we ask the Lord to command His angels to encamp around you as He has promised in Psalm 91, and to lift up a standard against every attack when the enemy comes in like a flood, as He has promised that the Spirit of the Lord shall lift up a standard against him.

Continue to wait only upon God, for your expectation is from Him. Pant for more knowledge of His word, be grateful for what you have already received, and walk daily in the light of that great deliverance which is already yours in Christ. Commit your way and your son's way to the Lord in believing prayer, remain under the counsel and care of a faithful local church, teach your son the Scriptures diligently, and keep yourselves in the love of God while you look for His mercy to keep you from falling.

May the Lord who has found a ransom keep you from going down to the pit, and may He who has delivered you from the power of darkness preserve you and your son in perfect peace, till He brings you out to tell in Zion and in Jerusalem the praises of Him who has heard your cry. In the name of Jesus Christ our only Redeemer we pray, Amen.
