Your prayer has been heard and your desire for protection for yourself and your household is understood. It is right to bring these fears and burdens to Jesus, because the battle we face is not against people but against spiritual forces, and God has given us spiritual weapons for that battle.
Scripture teaches that the weapons of our warfare are not fleshly or carnal, but they are mighty through God for pulling down strongholds. Satan seeks to hold ground in this world and in lives, but God has provided what we need to see those strongholds come down. The most powerful of those weapons is prayer, along with the whole armor of God, which is all spiritual in nature. This means we do not fight with human anger or with words against people, but with prayer, truth, righteousness, faith, and the Word of God.
You mentioned strongholds and witchcraft. The Bible speaks of the strongholds of the enemy as being like a fig tree with first ripe figs. When that tree is shaken, the figs fall straight into the mouth of the one who would eat them. In the same way, no matter how fortified the enemy tries to make his walls appear, whether by sorcery, manipulation, or deceit, those defenses are not secure. When God shakes them they fall. To try to build them higher with human effort is useless, because fire will devour and the sword will cut off what is not of God. What God tears down cannot stand.
That is why we can pray with confidence, but our focus is not on cursing people. We wrestle not against flesh and blood. The individuals you named are themselves in need of the mercy and truth of Christ. We can ask the Lord to rebuke the work of the enemy, to break its power, to expose what is false, and to bring every imagination and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God into captivity to the obedience of Christ. We can ask Him to guard your mind and to make your thoughts captive to Him.
You stood on several promises and it is good to keep standing on Scripture rightly understood. The Lord does rebuke the accuser, as in Zechariah 3:2. He does cut off sorceries, as in Micah 5:12. He has given authority to His people to pray in His name, as in Matthew 18:18, and He does set free those whom the Son makes free, as in John 8:36. And we do overcome by the blood of the Lamb and the word of our testimony, as in Revelation 12:11. The blood of Jesus shed on the cross is our covering and our plea, not a formula but a confidence that because of His death and resurrection we belong to Him and the enemy has no rightful claim on those who are in Christ.
So let us pray together for you and your family, which God has entrusted to your care. The family is part of God's good design, and He calls us to watch over and pray for our household with faith and purity, committing each member to Him.
Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, we come before You acknowledging that salvation is through Your Son alone. We ask for Your protection over this dear one and over every member of this household. Cover them with the blood of Jesus. Break and bring down every stronghold, every projection of evil, every deception and every work of darkness that would seek to harm them. Cast down every imagination that lifts itself against Your truth and bring every thought into obedience to Christ. Set free from fear and give a sound mind. If there is any ground the enemy has tried to claim, we ask You to cleanse it by Your power and fill that place with Your peace and Your Spirit. Guard this family, keep them in Your Word, in prayer, and in fellowship with Your people. And for those who have caused hurt, we ask for Your rebuke of the enemy's work in their lives and for Your mercy to lead them to repentance and to the knowledge of Jesus. We ask this trusting not in our own words, but in the mighty name and finished work of Jesus. Amen.

If you are living in fear, remember that perfect love casts out fear, and greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world. If there are practical steps of wisdom to take to guard your home and your heart, take them, and keep your trust in the Lord who is able to keep you.
