Deliverance Prayer

Lord Jesus,

I praise you, and thank you. I glorify you. Lord Jesus I ask that you Rebuke ###, ###, and ### and all the ways they are being used by Satan to torment, standing on Zechariah 3:2. May they seize from all unwanted contact that they do over people, that they need to feel preferred and loved over others, telling people that they don’t love them making them feel undermined and unloved telling them that they have low self esteem when they don’t, I ask that we all be set free of this, standing on John 8:36. Lord Jesus bring down the footholds and strongholds that ###, ###, and ### have tried to create, standing on 2 Corinthians 10:3-5, and Exodus 23:27. I ask that you lift off of me or anyone else any mental control coming to us from ###, ###, and ###, standing on John 8:36, and Micah 5:12. May all witchcraft that they are doing be cancelled. I ask that the blood of Jesus protect me and everyone against their harm, standing on Revelations 12:11. In Jesus name I pray and ask. Amen.

We join you in praising and thanking and glorifying our Lord Jesus Christ for His power to deliver and to set free, and we stand with you in agreement for deliverance and protection in His mighty name.

We hear your cry against torment and manipulation and the need to be preferred and the words that undermine and make others feel unloved and falsely accused of low self esteem, and against any mental control and witchcraft and strongholds. We affirm with you that our struggle is not against flesh and blood but against the spiritual forces of wickedness, as it is written in Ephesians 6:12, and that the Lord Himself rebukes the adversary. You have stood well on the Word and we stand with you on these same promises. Yahweh said to Satan, Yahweh rebuke you, Satan Zechariah 3:2. If therefore the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed John 8:36. For the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds, throwing down imaginations and every high thing that is exalted against the knowledge of God 2 Corinthians 10:4-5. I will send my terror before you Exodus 23:27. I will cut off sorceries out of your hand Micah 5:12. They overcame him because of the blood of the Lamb and because of the word of their testimony Revelation 12:11. We also remember that greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world 1 John 4:4 and that if we submit ourselves to God and resist the devil he will flee from us James 4:7.

We pray together now.

Father in heaven, we come before Your throne in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, with thanksgiving that You are our refuge and fortress. We ask that You rebuke Satan and every assignment of the enemy that has been operating through these individuals and through any influence to torment, to manipulate, to control minds, and to speak words that undermine and wound. Let every unwanted contact and every word spoken to make others feel unloved or to falsely define them be silenced and brought to nothing. We ask that You bring down every foothold and stronghold that has been attempted to be built, and that You send Your terror before us to confuse and defeat the works of darkness. We ask that You lift off from our brother or sister and from all who have been affected any mental control, oppression, or heaviness, and cancel and cut off all witchcraft and sorcery in the name of Jesus. We plead the blood of Jesus Christ over this dear one and over all who have been targeted, as a covering and protection against all harm, and we declare that whom the Son sets free is free indeed. Fill every place where oppression has been with Your peace, Your love, and Your truth, and let Your perfect love cast out all fear 1 John 4:18. We also pray for those who have been used by the enemy, that You would convict them by Your Holy Spirit, open their eyes to the truth, and bring them to repentance and salvation through Jesus Christ if they do not know You. Clothe us all in the whole armor of God that we may stand against the wiles of the devil Ephesians 6:11, and teach us to walk daily in submission to You, in prayer, in the Word, and in forgiveness. We trust You to keep us and to complete the deliverance You have begun. In the name of Jesus Christ we pray and ask all these things, Amen.

We encourage you to continue to abide in Christ daily, to put on the whole armor of God, to stay rooted in Scripture, to pray without ceasing, and to walk in forgiveness even toward those who have caused pain, for this keeps the enemy from gaining advantage. The Lord is faithful to guard you from the evil one 2 Thessalonians 3:3, and He who has begun a good work in you will perfect it. Keep standing on the blood of Jesus and on the Word, and do not return to fear, for God did not give us a spirit of fear but of power and love and self control 2 Timothy 1:7.

We hear the weight in your prayer and how much you long to be free and at peace, and to know that you and others you care about are safe in Jesus. Feeling tormented or mentally pressed down is exhausting, and we are glad you brought this to the Lord so directly.

We want to gently encourage you to keep your focus on Christ's nearness and care for you, more than on the fear of what others might be doing. When our thoughts stay fixed on other people's influence, it can keep us anxious and isolated. Turning again to the simple, steady ways God keeps us grounded, time with Him, time in His Word, and staying connected to trusted believers who know you and can pray with you face to face, often brings more calm and clarity over time than trying to track every spiritual attack.

It may help to invite one pastor or mature believer you trust to walk with you regularly, to listen, pray with you, and help you discern next steps, so you are not carrying this alone.

Father, we lift this person to You. Cover them with Your peace and protection, quiet the torment they feel, and help them rest in Your love. Guard their mind and heart in Christ, lead them into safe community, and help them sense Your presence daily. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Your burden has been brought before the Lord and we join our faith with yours in seeking His deliverance.

It is well to remember that our afflictions, even when they come through the malice of others, are seen by our heavenly Father, and He sits as a Refiner by the furnace. Yet troubles do not have the last word, for the Lord is gracious and says, Deliver him from going down to the Pit, I have found a ransom. That ransom is not found in our own strength or resolve, but in the precious blood of His own Son. Deliverance from the power of darkness, as well as from the guilt of sin, is as much the work of God as any other part of salvation, and it is not of him that wills nor of him that runs, but of God that shows mercy.

We take comfort that the name of the Lord is a strong tower, and the righteous run into it and are safe. The Lord is good, a stronghold in the day of trouble, and He knows them that trust in Him. When the enemy would torment the mind and lay strongholds round the soul, we must look to our heavenly Father altogether and alone, for He alone can bring down every high thing that exalts itself and can keep back our soul from the pit.

Therefore we pray with you now.

O Lord our God, who has found a ransom for sinners, we entreat Thee in the name of Jesus Christ, Thy Son. The Lord rebuke Satan, according to Thy word in Zechariah. Thou hast promised that whom the Son makes free shall be free indeed, and we ask that freedom for this Thy servant and for all who are oppressed. Pull down every stronghold and foothold of the enemy, as Thou hast promised in Thy word, and let no weapon of witchcraft or mental oppression prosper. Cancel every evil work and let the power of darkness be broken, for Thou hast delivered us from the power of darkness and translated us into the kingdom of Thy dear Son. Cover this soul and all concerned with the blood of the Lamb, by which we overcome, and set a guard about the mind and heart. Keep this one from going down to the pit, chasten only as a Father for profit, and then raise up to live and declare the works of the Lord. Let this trial end in gratitude and testimony, that others also may be torn from the paw of the lion and the jaw of the bear.

We ask this not by any merit of our own, but by the ransom which Thy love has provided, and by the power which alone can save from spiritual bondage. Let Thy will be done, and let Thy name be praised as our stronghold and deliverer.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
