Deliverance Prayer

Anonymous

Beloved of All
Lord Jesus,

I praise you, and thank you. I glorify you. Lord Jesus I ask that you rebuke ### and all his unwanted contact attachments and attempts towards me or any member of my household, standing on Zechariah 3:2. Lord Jesus I ask that you help ### see that it’s not reconciliation that’s needed here we don’t have an opened door to him because of all the wrong motive of him and his siblings humble ### to move on, as I am resisting him and his siblings they have to flee, standing on James 4:7.

I bind off of me any transfer of spirits coming to me from ### or his siblings, standing on Matthew 18:18.

I cover this prayer with the precious blood of Jesus, standing on Revelations 12:11.

In Jesus name I pray and ask. Amen.

We stand with you in agreement, lifting this situation before the throne of grace in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. The Lord is our strong tower, and we take refuge in Him as we intercede for your protection and deliverance.

First, we rebuke every unwanted contact, attachment, and attempt from ### and his siblings in the name of Jesus. The enemy has no authority over you, for you belong to Christ. We declare that every door not opened by God is shut, and every ungodly soul tie is severed by the blood of Jesus. As Zechariah 3:2 declares, "May Yahweh rebuke you, Satan! Yes, may Yahweh rebuke you, who has chosen Jerusalem. Isn’t this a burning stick plucked out of the fire?" We stand on this truth, knowing that the Lord rebukes the devourer on your behalf.

We also pray for ###’s heart to be humbled before the Lord. May he recognize the error of his ways and turn from any wrong motives, seeking repentance and restoration with God rather than pursuing what is not aligned with His will. James 4:7 reminds us, "Be subject therefore to God. But resist the devil, and he will flee from you." You are resisting in faith, and we declare that the enemy must flee.

We bind every transfer of spirits attempting to come against you or your household. Matthew 18:18 assures us, "Most certainly I tell you, whatever things you bind on earth will have been bound in heaven; and whatever things you release on earth will have been released in heaven." We exercise this authority in Christ, declaring that no weapon formed against you shall prosper.

We cover you and this prayer in the precious blood of Jesus, which speaks a better word than the blood of Abel. Revelation 12:11 declares, "They overcame him because of the Lamb’s blood, and because of the word of their testimony. They didn’t love their life, even to death." By the blood of Jesus, you are victorious, and no evil shall touch you.

Heavenly Father, we ask that You surround this household with Your angels, protecting them from every scheme of the enemy. Grant wisdom, discernment, and peace that surpasses all understanding. May ### and his siblings come to a place of repentance and surrender to You, walking in the light of Your truth. We declare that no weapon formed against this family shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment shall be condemned. You are their shield and exceeding great reward.

We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, the Name above all names, the only Name by which we are saved. There is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). We stand firm in this truth, trusting that God’s will shall prevail. Amen.

We hear your heart in this prayer, and we are grateful you brought it straight to Jesus. Wanting peace and safety for yourself and your household, and wanting unwanted pursuit to finally stop, are good and understandable desires. It is right to ask the Lord to guard your home and to give you clarity and rest.

Resisting what is not welcome is not unkind. Part of guarding your heart is being able to let your yes be yes and your no be no, and to keep healthy lines around your time, your home, and your family. When someone does not respect those lines, it can be wearying, and it helps not to carry it alone.

One steady next step that often helps is to keep your boundaries clear and consistent, and to let a trusted pastor or a mature friend walk with you in it. Having one or two people who know what is happening, who can pray with you and help you think through any continued contact, can bring both wisdom and peace as you move forward. If contact continues or you ever feel unsafe, please also reach out for practical help from trusted leaders or appropriate support in your area.

Father, we lift our sister and her household to You now. Cover them with Your presence and keep them in Your peace. Give wisdom for each decision and strength to hold healthy boundaries with grace. Work in ###'s heart to move on, and lead everyone involved toward what is whole and right. We ask for Your protection and quiet rest over this home in Jesus' name, Amen.

Wow, you have a good relationship with Jesus. If you are struggling with any addictions that you get courage to tell people and are free. I struggle with lust, gluttony, anger, and time with Jesus. I pray that ### and you are filled with peace and joy and ### is brought to the Lord if he hasn't been already, amen. have a good day/night

Your cry for deliverance has been heard and we join you in laying it before the throne of grace, where the Lord who hears prayer is gracious to deliver.

Let it never be forgotten that in all that God does, He acts from good reasons. Troubles do not spring out of the dust, neither does affliction grow up from the ground, but the Lord Himself kindles the fiery furnace and sits as a Refiner at the door. That which we receive from the rod of the Lord bears the blessed aspect of chastening from a Father's hand, and this makes even the sharpest trial profitable. He permits these harassments and unwanted intrusions that you might learn more fully that deliverance is by Divine power alone. When any soul is saved from spiritual bondage or kept from the power of darkness, it is the Lord Jesus who loosens the captive. It is not of him that wills, nor of him that runs, but of God that shows mercy.

You have well appealed to the great ransom. The prisoner is ready to be executed, but there comes to him undeserved deliverance from all punishment, for the King's own Son has borne the penalty of all his iniquities. God has not only invented a way of deliverance, but He has found a ransom, and it is the gift of Divine Love. Therefore we do not trust in our own binding or our own words, but in the precious blood of the Lamb. By that blood we overcome, as it is written in Revelation 12:11, and by that blood we are kept from going down to the Pit, for God has given commandment to save and you shall be saved, saved from yourself and from all the attacks of your old sins, saved from the evil one, saved from evil company, for God has said, Deliver him from going down to the Pit.

We take comfort also in this truth, that deliverance from the power of sin is as much the work of God as deliverance from the guilt of sin. In order to our sanctification and our deliverance from the power of darkness, we must look to our heavenly Father, altogether and alone. You would fancy from the actions of some that they were not delivered at all, but only helped to keep away from some conspicuous sin. But the believer can say in truth, He has delivered us from the fascinating power of sin, from the power of darkness. The tempter may shoot his poisoned arrow, but the Lord is our defense.

So we pray with you, and for you and your household:

O Lord our God, who sees from the height of Your sanctuary, look down in pity upon Your child who is pressed by unwanted pursuit. The Lord rebuke every evil design, as it is written, The Lord rebuke thee, O Satan, even the Lord that hath chosen Jerusalem rebuke thee, standing on Zechariah 3:2. We ask that You would set a hedge about this home and grant peace within its borders, delivering from the noise of strife. Grant wisdom to set needful and firm boundaries, and courage to keep them in meekness and holiness.

Teach this soul to submit unto God and to resist the devil, that he may flee, according to James 4:7, not by mere words of man, but by humble dependence upon Christ and obedience to Your Word. Let no transfer of evil have power where the blood of Jesus has been applied, for we overcome by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of our testimony. Let Christ, who has found the ransom, be the wall of fire round about this household, and let His power alone be your confidence, for all true liberty is that of which Christ makes you free.

We ask that You would work also in ### and in those with him, to grant repentance and understanding, that he may see there is no open door here and may turn aside to go his own way in peace, seeking what is right before You. If it be Your will, humble his heart and lead him to seek You rather than to pursue what You have not given him to pursue.

Grant after this affliction a song of deliverance, that this tried one may live and declare the works of the Lord, saying with the Psalmist, The Lord hath chastened me sore, but He hath not given me over unto death. Keep this soul abiding in personal contact with Christ, not in mechanical religion, but touching Him by faith, that virtue may go out from Him for protection and peace.

We ask this not because we are worthy, but because He is gracious and has said, Deliver him, for I have found a ransom. In the name of Jesus Christ our only hope and Redeemer we pray. Amen.

Your prayer has been heard and we join you in bringing this need before the Lord Jesus with care and seriousness. Thank you for sharing so honestly about the unwanted contact and the distress it has brought to you and your household. It is right to seek the Lord for protection, peace, and clear boundaries, and to trust Him as your deliverer.

Scripture teaches that our true deliverance is found in Christ Himself. He came to deliver us from evil and to bring us into sonship with the Father, not only to remove every hardship in this life but to give us strength to stand above fear and trial. As you have noted, James 4:7 calls us first to submit ourselves to God and then to resist the enemy, trusting that he will flee. Zechariah 3:2 reminds us that it is the Lord who rebukes, and Revelation 12:11 reminds us that we overcome by the blood of the Lamb and the word of our testimony. Our confidence is not in formulas or in binding words on our own, but in the finished work of Jesus and in walking faithfully with Him.

We pray with you now:

Lord Jesus, we praise You and thank You for Your mercy and power. We ask You to rebuke every unwanted pursuit and intrusion against this dear one and every member of this household. Place Your hand of protection over them and grant them peace in their home. We ask that You would work in the heart of this man and those connected with him, that any wrong motives would be humbled and turned aside, and that he would move on and respect the boundaries that have been set. Grant wisdom and firmness to resist what is not right, and grace to submit more deeply to You each day. Cover this household with Your blood shed on the cross, guard their minds and hearts, and let no spiritual harm have any hold upon them. Fill this home with Your presence, Your truth, and Your peace, and lead all involved toward what is good and right in Your sight. In the name of Jesus we pray, Amen.

Continue to walk closely with the Lord, staying rooted in His Word, in prayer, and in fellowship with faithful believers who can support you. If unwanted contact continues, seek wise counsel from mature Christians in your local church and take practical steps to protect your household, including clear communication of boundaries and, if needed, help from proper authorities. The Lord who clothes His people with strength is near to those who call upon Him, and He will give you wisdom for each step.

May the Lord keep you, guard your household, and give you quiet confidence in His care.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
