Deliverance Prayer

Beloved of All
Lord Jesus,

I praise you, and thank you. I glorify you. Lord Jesus I ask that you rebuke all that comes out of my moms mouth standing on Zechariah 3:2. Lord Jesus I cover my moms mouth with the precious blood of Jesus, that her words will not penetrate, standing on Revelations 12:11. I ask that you bring all strongholds that are being placed by my moms words, standing on 2 Corinthians 10:3-5. Lord Jesus I ask that you remove all words of offense spoken over me by my mom, standing on Matthew 17:20. Lord Jesus restore me from all words that my mom has spoken over me meant to offend, provoke or tear me down, standing on Revelations 12:11. Lord Jesus intervene and place your wrath over my moms speech towards me, standing on Romans 12:19. Lord Jesus I ask that you root out the words that my mom has spoken over me, in offense that they will have to impact or that will of penetrate my soul, standing on Jeremiah 12:14. I ask that you cancel the word vieja that my mom speaks over me to try to make me feel like an elderly women, bonding it off of me, standing on Matthew 18:18. Lord Jesus I ask that you cancel all the curses that my mom has spoke over me throughout the years, asking that you protect me from her harsh words, standing on Isaiah 54:17. Lord Jesus send deep and genuine conviction to my mom that she will use no words to try to humiliate, tear me down, or make me doubt myself, standing on Isaiah 59:19. Lord Jesus I ask that you cancel any foothold that my mom has over me to cause any of her offensive words to have effect, standing on 2 Corinthians 10:3-5. Lord Jesus I ask that you cancel the principality working thru my mom, standing on Colossians 2:15. Lord Jesus I ask that you remove the power that my mom has thru witchcraft, standing on Micah 5:12.

I cover this prayer with the precious blood of Jesus, standing on Revelations 12:11.

In Jesus name I pray and ask. Amen

We stand with you in agreement, lifting this heavy burden before the throne of grace. The pain of harsh words, especially from a parent, cuts deeply, and we recognize the spiritual warfare at play here. Your prayer is bold and rooted in Scripture, and we join you in declaring God’s power over every word spoken in offense, every curse, and every demonic influence.

First, we rebuke in the name of Jesus any spirit of witchcraft, manipulation, or control operating through your mother’s words. The Bible is clear: "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places" (Ephesians 6:12). We break every ungodly soul tie, every word curse, and every generational stronghold in Jesus’ name. You are not bound by the enemy’s schemes, Christ has already disarmed these powers (Colossians 2:15).

We also address the heart behind these words. While we stand against the enemy’s work, we pray for your mother’s soul. The Lord desires repentance and restoration, not just judgment. "The Lord’s hand is not too weak to save, nor His ear too deaf to hear. But your iniquities have separated you from your God, and your sins have hidden His face from you" (Isaiah 59:1-2). We ask the Holy Spirit to convict her of any bitterness, pride, or ungodly speech, leading her to godly sorrow and change.

For you, beloved, we declare healing over your heart. Words have power, but God’s Word is greater. "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that accuses you. This is the heritage of the Lord’s servants" (Isaiah 54:17). We cancel every lie, including the word "vieja", that has been spoken over you. You are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), and your identity is in Christ, not in the hurtful words of others.

We also encourage you to guard your heart. "Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it" (Proverbs 4:23). If possible, seek godly counsel or mediation to address this relationship with love and truth. Boundaries may be necessary to protect your spirit while still honoring your mother as Scripture commands (Exodus 20:12).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the Name above every name. We thank You that Your Word does not return void and that Your power is greater than any curse or stronghold. We rebuke every spirit of witchcraft, offense, and control operating through [mother’s] words. We break every word curse and cancel every ungodly soul tie in Jesus’ name. We declare that no weapon formed against [your name] will prosper, and every tongue that rises against her in judgment, she will condemn.

Lord, we ask for deep healing in [your name]’s heart. Where words have torn down, let Your truth build up. Where lies have taken root, let Your Word uproot them. Restore her soul and renew her mind according to Your promises. We also pray for [mother’s] heart, that You would soften it, convict it, and draw her to repentance. Let her words be seasoned with grace and love, not bitterness or offense.

Father, we cover [your name] in the precious blood of Jesus. Protect her from every scheme of the enemy, and let her walk in the freedom and victory that Christ died to give her. We declare that she is more than a conqueror through Him who loves her (Romans 8:37).

We ask all these things in the powerful, matchless name of Jesus. Amen.

Stand firm in faith, knowing that God hears your cries and is at work even now. You are not alone in this battle.

We hear the deep pain in your prayer, words from a mother, who should be a place of safety, can cut in ways that others cannot. When someone we love speaks curses and demeaning names over us, it feels like an attack that goes straight to the soul. What you have been enduring is real verbal abuse: harmful words used systematically to wound and control, and your hurt is completely valid. We are so sorry you are going through this.

One of the most helpful things you can do right now is to find a wise, trusted person to walk with you through this, a pastor or a Christian counselor who understands family trauma. Carrying this alone each day is exhausting, and having another face-to-face supporter can help you sort through the confusion and begin to heal the deep places where those words have landed. You are not weak for needing that; you are being courageous.

As you pray, keep bringing your heart honestly to Jesus, He knows what it is to be belittled and reviled by those close to Him. And if you are still in a living situation where you are continually exposed to these words, consider what boundaries you can prayerfully set, even if they are small at first, to guard your spirit.

We join our faith with yours now: Jesus, we ask You to surround this sister with Your presence and to shield her heart from every word her mother has spoken to tear her down. Bring her wise counsel and steady companions. Cancel the power of those lies and replace them with Your truth about who she is. In her mother’s heart, bring conviction and a turning, but until that day, give her strength to stand. We trust You to restore her. In Your strong name, Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

It is a sorrowful thing when the tongue that should speak comfort instead becomes an instrument of wounding, and the lips of a mother are set on edge against her own child. Yet in this trial you are not forgotten of God, nor are you left to contend with words as though they were enchantments that must be broken by some precise formula. The precious blood of Jesus Christ has already spoken a better word over you than any curse that could fall from a mortal mouth. When that ransom was found, deliverance from the pit discovered by God Himself, it secured for every believer a full emancipation from all the condemnation that sin would heap upon them. The curse of the Law, which alone has power to condemn, was borne by Him who was made a curse for us. If you are in Christ, no word of man can reverse that divine verdict.

I would gently ask you to consider whether this prayer, sincere as it is, reveals a mind too fixed upon the secondary cause and too little upon the First. Our troubles do not spring out of the dust; they come from the Lord, who chastens every son whom He receives. The sharp words of your mother may be a goad permitted by your heavenly Father to drive you more closely to Himself. Even the saints of old endured the taunts of men, yet they learned to say, “The Lord has chastened me sorely, but He has not given me over to death.” When affliction visits us through human agency, we do well to perceive the hand of God above it all. It is the Lord who kindles the furnace, and He sits as the refiner at the door. Do not, then, speak of breaking strongholds placed by her words as though they were freestanding evils that the blood must now dismantle. The stronghold of sin was torn down at Calvary; the power of darkness has been shattered by the Deliverer who has translated you into the kingdom of His dear Son.

You have stood upon many Scriptures, and that is right, but take care that you understand them. The curse of which Isaiah speaks is the curse of a covenant-breaker, not the idle malice of an embittered tongue. And the words of Matthew 18, about binding and loosing, relate to the discipline of the church and the proclamation of the gospel, not to private spiritual combat. Be not like those who borrow the sound of Scripture without its substance, lest you drift into a superstitious handling of holy things. The blood is not a charm to be invoked, but the ground of our acceptance with God. It is enough that Christ has redeemed you from the curse; you need not daily reapply it against each fresh volley of unkindness.

What then must you do? Hold fast the form of sound words: the gospel is not that you are delivered from every harsh syllable, but that in Christ you are delivered from the guilt and reigning power of sin. His grace is sufficient for you, and His strength is made perfect in your weakness. The Word of God is a sword far sharper than any word of man, and it pierces even to the dividing of soul and spirit. Instead of focusing upon the words spoken against you, open this two-edged weapon and let it cut away every root of bitterness that springs up in your own heart. If you answer injury with prayer, with a quiet spirit, and with a declaration of God’s works rather than with these elaborate encirclements, you will find that the Lord fights for you while you hold your peace. Leave your mother’s speech to Him; vengeance belongs to Him, and He will repay. Your part is to overcome evil with good, to bless when you are cursed, and to show forth the meekness of Christ.

Do not let this trial become a temptation to think of yourself as an object of peculiar witchcraft. Christ has spoiled principalities and powers, making a show of them openly. You cannot be touched by any occult manipulation if you are hid in Him. Cease from the frantic listing of her offenses, for it merely enlivens the pain. Instead, go to the mercy seat with few words: “Lord, Thou hast delivered my soul from the pit; Thou canst deliver me from this present hurt. I look to Thy finished work; I rest on Thy sufficient grace.” Then rise, live, and declare the goodness of the Lord. The very trouble, sanctified, will become a platform for your testimony. He who brought you out of the horrible pit will yet make your lips sweet with praise, and perhaps even turn the heart of her who now assails you. In all things, look away from yourself and look to Christ.

Why do you pray thus, child? You call upon the Lord to rebuke your mother’s words, to cover her mouth with blood, to send His wrath upon her speech. But is this the way of Christ? Did He not say, “Bless them that curse you”? Yet you ask Him to curse, to pour out vengeance, to cancel her power as though she were a sorceress. What is this? You have been wounded, I know. Harsh words from one who ought to love us cut deep. But you arm yourself with verses as if launching arrows back at her. Where is the forgiveness? Where is the kindness that hopes all things?

Listen. You speak much of witches, of curses, of a principality working through your mother. You cover all with the blood of Jesus, yet you seek to bind her tongue and demand conviction, that she use no words to humiliate you. But is the evil in her mouth, or is it in your own heart that rages and desires retaliation? The devil indeed assails us when we are alone, nursing our injuries. He finds a soul apart from the flock, and there he sows bitterness, calls it righteousness, and dresses vengeance in holy words. You say she calls you “vieja” to make you feel old and useless. A crude insult, yes. But why does it pierce you so? Because you have given it a foothold. Not by her witchcraft, away with such thoughts!, but by your own pride and hurt. The evil one craftily uses these things, just as he once brought reproach on nature by linking madness to the moon, deceiving the simple. He wants you to believe her words have power over your soul. They do not, unless you let them.

Let us look to Christ. When the tempter met Him in the wilderness, He did not call down legions of angels to rebuke him. He answered with Scripture, with meekness, with trust in the Father. And when men reviled Him, He did not revile in return. You quote Romans: “Vengeance is Mine, I will repay.” Yes, God will repay. But then you ask that He place His wrath over her speech right now, as though you would direct the lightning. Is that faith, or is that a demand born of pain? True faith leaves the timing and the manner to Him. It prays, “Father, forgive them.”

You fear that her words will penetrate your soul. But Christ has said, “Nothing that enters from outside can defile a man.” The curse sent forth by another tongue cannot cling to you if your heart is guarded by grace. If you are in Christ, you are blessed; no utterance of man can reverse that. The Law pronounced blessing and curse, but faith in Jesus makes us children of the promise, free from the curse. Her words are wind, unless you build a house within your mind for them to dwell.

Do not misunderstand me. I do not make light of your suffering. To be torn down by one’s own mother, to be belittled and provoked, this is a heavy trial. But the remedy is not to bind her like a demon, but to bind your own passions. Fast from anger. Pray for her, not as a way to force her change, but with genuine compassion. Seek the company of believers who will strengthen you, for the devil strikes hardest when we are isolated. And consider: perhaps your mother herself is in bondage, not to principalities, but to her own misery and sin. Will you answer sin with sin, or will you overcome evil with good?

Go now, and pray differently. Say, “Lord, give me a spirit of meekness. Heal my hurt. Help me to love my mother as You love those who revile You. If there be any true evil at work, You crush it in Your time. But let patience have its perfect work in me.” Then the peace of Christ will flood your soul, and no word, however sharp, will find a place to lodge. That is the protection of the blood, not a charm, but a heart made new, one that blesses and does not curse. Amen.

The desire to be free from words that wound and tear down is deeply human, and bringing that hurt before the Lord is never wrong. But as I read this request, a question rises: is the true source of lasting peace found in the removal of another person’s words, or in a heart so anchored in God’s Word that human speech loses its power to shape you?

Jesus Himself was met with words of accusation and ridicule, yet He remained whole because His identity rested entirely in the Father. The Scriptures are full of this truth. The psalmist declares that God’s Word is settled in heaven forever, a fixed point that does not shift with culture or circumstance. The joy and rejoicing of the heart comes not from silencing every harsh voice around us, but from devouring what God has spoken, feeding on it until it burns like a fire within and reshapes the inner person. The enemy’s oldest tactic is to make us fix our gaze on the words of men, even cruel ones, rather than on the words of a God who keeps covenant.

When someone speaks “great swelling words of vanity,” they are empty at their core. They carry only the weight we assign to them. The biblical pattern is not to treat those words as spells that must be individually bound or cancelled, but to recognize them as chaff next to the wheat of what God has said. The Word calls us to be doers, not just hearers who tremble at every insult. A person who firmly believes that no weapon formed against them will prosper does not need to examine each weapon in fear; they rest in the promise itself. The protective blood of Jesus speaks a better word than any accusation, not because we perform a verbal counter-ritual, but because His death and resurrection have already broken the ultimate power of the accuser.

That includes the painful dynamic you describe. No one can deny the sting of a parent’s belittling speech, but the Scriptures exhort us to see that the Lord is stronger and He prevails. He does not often work by muzzling the offender immediately. He works by convincing us in the secret place that His Word is joy and rejoicing, and that His voice matters infinitely more. When that conviction takes root, even the word meant to make you feel withered and old loses its sting. You are not an elderly woman made feeble by a name; you are called by His name, and His Word is your counselor.

Consider this: God’s promise was that His words, not someone else’s, would be in the mouth of His servant. He told the prophet not to be afraid of angry faces because He would be with him to deliver him. That deliverance did not always mean the opposition stopped speaking; it meant the prophet stood through it. The awful moment when a king took a penknife and burned the scroll did not silence God. The Word was simply given again, and it was fulfilled. Human rage and insults do not have the final say.

So, do not spend your energy cataloguing and cancelling every dark utterance. Spend it hiding the Word in your heart that you might not sin against God by believing a lie over His truth. See your mother’s words for what they truly are: empty chaff. If you try to fight them on their own ground with declarations of rebuke and covering, you risk granting them a substance they do not possess. Instead, let the Word of Christ dwell in you richly. Let His promises burst into flame in your bones until you cannot help but say, “I rejoice at Your Word like one who finds great treasure.” The best way to root out the impact of an offending word is to stand in awe of God’s Word so completely that the offense finds no soil in which to grow. He who is in you is stronger by far, and that strength is made perfect in a soul that simply believes what God has already spoken.
