We stand with you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we have access to the Father and the only name by which we can be saved. We recognize the spiritual warfare you are facing, and we join you in prayer, declaring the power of God over every scheme of the enemy.

First, we rebuke every transfer of spirits attempting to come against you from this individual. The Bible tells us in James 4:7, "Be subject therefore to God. But resist the devil, and he will flee from you." We resist every spirit of bitterness, trauma, manipulation, and witchcraft in the name of Jesus. We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, as Isaiah 54:17 states, "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that accuses you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh’s servants, and their righteousness is of me, says Yahweh."

We break every chain that connects you to this person’s bitterness and ill motives. Jesus said in John 8:36, "If therefore the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed." We stand on this promise, declaring your freedom from emotional trauma and turmoil. We cancel every attempt of this individual to damage you, as 2 Timothy 4:18 assures us, "And the Lord will deliver me from every evil work, and will preserve me for his heavenly Kingdom. To him be the glory forever and ever. Amen."

We close every door that the enemy is trying to use to gain access to your life. Luke 8:17 reminds us, "For nothing is hidden that will not be revealed; nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light." We expose every lie and tactic of the enemy, sealing every door with the precious blood of Jesus. Revelation 12:11 declares, "They overcame him because of the Lamb’s blood, and because of the word of their testimony. They didn’t love their life, even to death." We stand on this victory, declaring that this individual will have no access to harm or damage you in any way.

We pray for humility to replace hatred in this person’s heart. We ask that the Lord would soften their heart and set them free from all ill emotions, as it is written in Proverbs 16:7, "When a man’s ways please Yahweh, he makes even his enemies to be at peace with him."

We bind every transfer of spirits attempting to come from this individual, standing on Matthew 18:18, "Most certainly I tell you, whatever things you bind on earth will have been bound in heaven; and whatever things you release on earth will have been released in heaven." We declare that every spiritual mountain formed against you be removed, as Jesus said in Matthew 17:20, "For most certainly I tell you, if you have faith as a grain of mustard seed, you will tell this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you."

We cancel every principality and power working behind this individual, as Colossians 2:15 declares, "Having stripped the principalities and the powers, he made a show of them openly, triumphing over them in it." We bring down every form of witchcraft and opposition to unmasking the enemy’s schemes, standing on 2 Corinthians 10:3-5, "For though we walk in the flesh, we don’t wage war according to the flesh; for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds, throwing down imaginations and every high thing that is exalted against the knowledge of God, and bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ."

We cover this prayer with the precious blood of Jesus, declaring that you are more than a conqueror through Him who loved us (Romans 8:37). We pray that you walk in the fullness of your freedom, knowing that the Lord is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You for the victory we have in Christ. We declare that no weapon formed against Your child shall prosper. We break every chain, cancel every curse, and rebuke every spirit that is not of You. We ask that You expose every lie and tactic of the enemy, sealing every door with the blood of Jesus. We pray for humility and repentance for this individual, that they may turn from their ways and seek You. We declare freedom, peace, and protection over this beloved child of God. May they walk in the fullness of Your love and grace, knowing that You are their defender and deliverer. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We hear the fear and exhaustion in your words, and we’re standing with you in prayer. When someone’s bitterness and efforts to harm you feel relentless, it can leave deep emotional wounds. You’ve already done the brave thing by bringing all of this to the Lord. We’re grateful that you hold no unforgiveness, that’s a gift of freedom, but forgiveness doesn’t mean you have to let this man into your life or trust him. Boundaries are given by God to guard what is precious (Proverbs 4:23 says to guard your heart), and you’ve asked Him to seal the door. We encourage you to keep maintaining those boundaries practically: block his number, stay away from places he might be, and if he persists, don’t hesitate to involve safe people or authorities who can help keep you safe.

Healing from emotional trauma can take time, so be gentle with yourself. Consider sharing this burden with a trusted pastor or a Christian counselor, sometimes having a calm, wise presence alongside you makes a huge difference. And when fear rises, simply whisper Jesus’ name; He is your very present help in trouble.

Lord Jesus, we lift this dear one to You. You see the schemes meant to harm her, and You alone are her shield. We ask that You physically keep this man away, shut every door he has tried to force open, and frustrate any plan that would bring her hurt. Quiet her heart with Your perfect peace, and heal the deep emotional wounds this situation has caused. Give her daily wisdom to walk in safety, and surround her with supportive, godly people. We thank You that no weapon formed against her will prosper, because she is covered by Your blood. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

The Lord has heard your cry, and He will deliver you, for He is the God of all consolation. You have fled to the mercy-seat, and there you are safe, for He who dwells between the cherubim is nearer to you than any foe. This bitterness and trauma that would attach itself to you, it is but a shadow that must flee when the Sun of Righteousness arises with healing in His wings. You have pleaded the blood of Jesus, and that plea is never unheard in the courts of heaven. Stand still, and see the salvation of God.

Deliverance is by divine power alone. When Israel came out of Egypt, it was Jehovah who brought forth her armies; they had no strength in themselves, nor spirit to dare the exodus. So it is with you: the chains you fear are broken not by your wrestling, but by the ransom found in Christ Jesus. He was delivered for our offences and raised for our justification, and in Him you are already set free. The Lamb has been slain, and the destroyer cannot cross the threshold marked by that precious blood. What you ask in prayer, God has already decreed from eternity; the clock of mercy struck the hour of your deliverance when Jesus cried, "It is finished." Let your spirit rest in that.

Beware of fixing your gaze too long upon the enemy’s schemes, for that way lies a new bondage. The devil is a bold spirit, but he is a vanquished foe, and his brow of brass shall be broken. The arrow of the Lord’s deliverance has been shot; it flies through the air and strikes its mark, though you may not yet see the victory. Your part is to trust, and to use the means of grace: prayer, the Word, and the fellowship of saints. Yet take heed that you do not receive again the spirit of bondage to fear, for you have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, "Abba, Father." The Spirit works not always in the whirlwind of emotional turmoil; often He speaks in the still, small voice of peace. Even your tears may be the well of salvation from which you shall yet draw water with joy.

That you have no unforgiveness toward this man is a token of grace, for a chafed and bitter heart would only open doors to the adversary. Leave him in God’s hands; He will humble hatred in His own way. The Lord knoweth how to unmask the hidden things of darkness and to bring every secret motive into the light. It is not for you to curse the plotters, but to bless, and in blessing you shall inherit a blessing. The wells which the Lord has dug, neither hell nor its infernal train can ever fill. This trial, grievous as it is, may be the very chisel in the hand of the Sculptor to conform you more to the image of Christ. A chastened spirit is a gracious spirit; our Lord had no sin, yet learned He obedience by the things which He suffered. How much more do we, who are but dust, need the school of affliction to teach us dependence!

Cast this care upon Him who careth for you. The Lord looks from the height of His sanctuary, and He will send forth deliverance for His prisoner of hope. Do not let your spirit be depressed as though the arm of the Lord were shortened. He has delivered, He does deliver, and He will yet deliver. The old enemy may seek to stop the wells, as the Philistines did in Isaac’s day, but the living water springs up afresh. Go your way, rejoicing in the Lord alway, for the victory is not by might, nor by power, but by His Spirit. The mountain that has reared itself against you shall be removed; only believe, and you shall see the glory of God. The Spirit who wounded you with a sense of need is the same Spirit who now testifies that you are a child of the King. No transfer of spirits can reverse that adoption sealed by the blood of the covenant.

Therefore, let gratitude tune your harp, even in the night. Praise Him who accounteth you worthy to suffer reproach for His name, and whose deliverance shall be so complete that you shall one day say with the Psalmist, "I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord." The arrows of the Lord’s deliverance are even now being sharpened against your adversary; your duty is to stand firm in faith, clad in the whole armour of God. The night may be dark, but the morning cometh. Look to Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame. He will bring you forth from the Egypt of your sorrow with silver and gold, and not one broken bone. In the meantime, rest in the shadow of the Almighty, for He is your refuge and fortress, your God, in whom you trust.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You plead for deliverance from the bitterness and trauma of one man, yet the Spirit of God is a Spirit of meekness and peace. Why so much fear of what another may attempt? When the dove appeared after the flood, it announced deliverance from destruction, not by binding this or that, but by pointing to the grace that saves the whole world. You have been baptized into Christ's death and raised with Him; your true house is in heaven, where no enemy can enter. Store your treasure there, not in ceaseless anxiety over the schemes of a man.

You say you have no unforgiveness, and that is good. But observe how many words you pour out on what he may try, on spiritual mountains and transfers and principality. Is this the faith that took no thought for tomorrow, that endured perils without seeking deliverance because it looked to a better resurrection? The apostles did not bind and rebuke every Herod; they committed their cause to the Judge who sees all. He who said, "Take no thought," also promised that the Spirit of your Father would speak for you. That Spirit is one, bringing concord, not turmoil.

Do not transfer your strength into constant warfare with a single human enemy. Humble hatred, yes, but by your own forgiveness and quiet trust, not by anguished commands. The Lord is your deliverer from all evil; He already spoiled principalities and powers, making a public spectacle of them. You are not called to unmask every wrong motive, but to let God's light shine. If there are lies, time and a clear conscience will expose them. Seal your heart with peace, not restless mention of blood and doors.

Continue in prayer, but let your prayers be chiefly thanksgiving and intercession for others, even for this man, that God would humble his hatred by softening it. Then you will know the deliverance that is not an escape from trial but the deep calm of the Spirit, who is love. Strive together with the whole Church for the faith of the Gospel, not isolating yourself in a battle of one. Your true safety is in the one Spirit, the adoption of sons, and the inheritance kept for you.

Your prayer has been heard. God is not distant from the oppression you feel, and He has always been a deliverer who makes a way where there is no way. When the enemy sets a trap and there seems to be no escape, God can open a path through the sea itself. He does not need your situation to be easy; He often lets us reach the end of our own strength so that we learn to trust Him alone.

Be careful that the weight of this turmoil does not drive you into a cycle of emotional highs and lows. I have seen many people chase after an emotional release, convinced that if they just weep enough or feel enough, the problem will lift. But tears and strong feelings, however genuine, do not themselves bring lasting change if your feet are not planted on something more solid. Your spirit is not nourished by emotional experiences; it is fed by the truth of God’s word. When David cried out under oppression, he did not simply ask for relief from the pain. He pleaded, “Send out your light and your truth; let them lead me.” That is where real deliverance begins, when you let His light expose the lie and His truth guide your steps, even before you see any outward shift.

You have declared no unforgiveness toward this man, and that is right. Hold fast to that, because a root of bitterness can spring up with surprising speed. Esau’s bitter tears were not tears of repentance but of rage, and that bitterness defiled him for a lifetime. Do not let the poison of what someone else has done take up residence in your own heart. The surest protection against a transfer of damaging spirits is to keep your own spirit clear, full of light, not darkness. When you walk in peace and pursue it, you close a door no enemy can force open.

The deliverance you seek will arise. Even if every human support were to fail, God’s purpose cannot fail. The enemy may try to force access, to manipulate, or to stalk, but the blood of Jesus seals the door in a way that no cunning can break. That is not a mere phrase; it is a reality rooted in the finished work of Christ, who disarmed the powers of darkness and made a public spectacle of them. You can stand on that, not in the panic of emotional distress, but in the quiet confidence that the victory is already His.

Let your faith rest on the facts of God’s promises, not on how you feel in the moment. When the emotional storm passes, and it will pass, what remains is what you have built on the Rock. Many have had dramatic emotional encounters that they mistook for lasting spiritual breakthroughs, only to find themselves chasing the next experience while their character remained unchanged. God wants more for you than that. He wants your whole heart, yes, with all its real feeling, but anchored so deeply in Him that no trauma and no man’s hatred can shake your peace.

Keep bringing your requests before the Lord, but also let your prayer settle into simple trust. He will unmask what needs to be exposed, in His time. He will humble the arrogance that sets itself against you. Your part is to refuse fear, to refuse bitterness, and to keep drinking from the true fountain that satisfies the thirst of your soul, Jesus Christ himself. He is your deliverer. He has done it before, and He will do it again.
