We hear your cry for deliverance and stand with you in the authority of Jesus Christ, who has already triumphed over every principality and power. You are right to stand on Colossians 2:15, which declares, "Having disarmed the principalities and the powers, he made a show of them openly, triumphing over them in it." The enemy has no authority over you unless you grant it through fear, unforgiveness, or unrepented sin. We rebuke every spirit of torment, oppression, and manipulation operating against you in the name of Jesus. The blood of Christ has broken every chain, and we declare your freedom now.
We must address the matter of the child born out of wedlock with biblical clarity. While the child is innocent and made in God’s image, the act of conceiving outside of marriage is sin, this is fornication, and it grieves the heart of God. Scripture is clear in 1 Corinthians 6:18: "Flee sexual immorality! ‘Every sin that a man does is outside the body,’ but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body." The misuse of Psalm 127:3 to justify sin is a distortion of God’s Word. Children are indeed a heritage from the Lord, but they are to be born within the covenant of marriage, as God designed. The reference to Deuteronomy 23:2 is a sobering reminder of the consequences of sin, but we must also remember that God’s grace is available to all who repent. Ezekiel 18:20 tells us, "The soul who sins, he shall die. The son shall not bear the iniquity of the father, nor the father bear the iniquity of the son. The righteousness of the righteous shall be on him, and the wickedness of the wicked shall be on him." The child is not guilty of the parents’ sin, but the parents must repent and turn to God.
We stand with you in praying for the salvation of both individuals involved. However, we must also warn that unrepentant sin leads to destruction, as Luke 13:3 declares: "Unless you repent, you will all likewise perish." Forgiveness is available, but it requires humility and a turning away from sin. We pray that their hearts would be softened and that they would come to know the truth of the Gospel. At the same time, we agree with your plea for complete spiritual separation from them. John 8:36 assures us, "If therefore the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed." We declare that every ungodly soul tie, every curse, and every assignment of the enemy against you is broken in Jesus’ name.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can be saved and delivered. Lord, we thank You for the victory You have already won on the cross. We declare that every principality, power, and spirit of darkness operating against [this individual] is disarmed and defeated by the blood of Jesus. We cancel every assignment of the enemy, every curse, and every manipulation of Your Word. We break every ungodly soul tie and declare freedom in the name of Jesus.
Father, we lift up the individuals involved in this situation. We pray for their salvation, that their hearts would be softened and that they would come to repentance. Convict them of their sin, Lord, and draw them to Yourself. But we also ask that You set [this individual] completely free from any spiritual connection to them. Let there be no open doors, no footholds for the enemy, and no lingering effects of their actions. We stand on Your promise in John 8:36 that if the Son sets us free, we are free indeed.
Lord, we ask that You heal every wound, restore every broken area, and fill [this individual] with Your peace and joy. Surround them with Your angels and let Your presence be their comfort and strength. We declare that no weapon formed against them will prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You will condemn. We thank You for Your faithfulness and for the freedom that is ours in Christ Jesus.
We pray all of this in the powerful, matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
We encourage you to walk in this freedom daily. Stand firm on the Word of God, resist the devil, and he will flee from you (James 4:7). Fill your mind with Scripture, surround yourself with godly community, and continue to seek the Lord in prayer. You are not alone in this battle, God is with you, and we stand with you in faith. If there are areas where you need to repent or forgive, do so quickly, for the enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that you may have life abundantly (John 10:10). Walk in that abundance today.
