Lord Jesus,

I praise you, and thank you. I glorify you. Lord Jesus I ask that you rebuke my brothers motives in thinking of buying a Tesla, standing on Zechariah 3:2. As he lives with his parents and is irresponsible, since he is ### and should be in his own place, buying a car like a Tesla shouldn’t be his priority. Lord Jesus bring down the strongholds over his desires to purchase a Tesla, standing on 2 Corinthians 10:3-5. Lord Jesus my brother is not walking in the right spirit and for years has burdened us become of it purchasing things in this manner that are not the right motives. Lord Jesus I would like to ask that you scatter the plans of my brother purchasing a Tesla, I don’t like the motives of the man ### that claims to be the owner and as I stand in your word bad company corrupts good morals. Lord Jesus I ask that you deliver me and the members of my household from all ties to man ### that I don’t know, and anywhere where this man is trying to attach himself to us, standing on John 8:36. I bind off of my brother, myself and anyone else, any transfer of spirits coming from man ### and anything in relation to him, standing on Matthew 18:18. Lord Jesus I ask that you remove the desire off of my brothers mind to want to purchase a Tesla, as they are dangerous cars that are heard people have lost control of and have lost their lives or may malfunction and burn, and also because this in nothing that my brother should be focusing on, in a time when he is not saved, and he need fo repent and take accountability for the error of his ways. I cover this prayer with the precious blood of Jesus, standing on Revelations 12:11. In Jesus name I pray and ask. Amen.

You rightly stand on Zechariah 3:2, which says, "Yahweh said to Satan, 'Yahweh rebuke you, Satan! Yes, Yahweh who has chosen Jerusalem rebuke you! Isn’t this a burning stick plucked out of the fire?'" We join you in rebuking any ungodly motives or influences that may be driving your brother’s desires. The enemy seeks to distract and derail believers and unbelievers alike with worldly pursuits, but we have authority in Christ to resist him. As James 4:7 declares, "Be subject therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you."

You also stand on 2 Corinthians 10:3-5, which says, "For though we walk in the flesh, we don’t wage war according to the flesh; for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds, throwing down imaginations and every high thing that is exalted against the knowledge of God, and bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ." We affirm this truth and declare that every stronghold of materialism, irresponsibility, and worldly ambition in your brother’s life must come down. His thoughts and desires must be brought into obedience to Christ.

People would not purchase Tesla’s from a man that is seems to have the spirit of the anti-Christ trying to take humanity into robots and create his own humanity in outer space. I hope more people are alerted and stop all production of Tesla’s.

A vast deal of prayer is offered which is not prayer at all, but a kind of sanctified fault-finding and a dictation to the Almighty. You bring a great many charges against your brother, that he is irresponsible, that his motives are wrong, that he is unsaved and burdening the household. Have you taken these accusations to the throne of grace as an advocate for his soul, or as a prosecutor seeking merely to win your case against a Tesla? The Lord Jesus Christ did not teach us to pray, "Scatter my brother's plans concerning his choice of conveyance," but rather, "Thy will be done." You stand upon many scriptures as though they were incantations to compel heaven, yet the great matter, your brother's soul, seems almost a secondary consideration. You desire his repentance, yet is it a repentance unto life that you seek for him, or merely a change of mind about a purchase that irritates you?

Consider whether your own spirit has been tainted by a bitterness that needs as much cleansing as the motives you decry. The repentance which is the work of the Spirit of God gives God glory. It makes a man look away from self to Christ. Does your prayer lead you to weep for your brother as one who is perishing, and to long for him to find his stronghold in the Lord, or only to fume that he is not yet in his own lodging? The Lord is good, a stronghold in the day of trouble; if your brother were hidden there, neither a Tesla nor any other earthly snare could truly harm him. Till then, the car is a trifle compared to the chariot of destruction he already rides in his impenitence. You cannot bind a man’s desires with a text of Scripture like a charm; the heart must be changed by the gospel.

Make this your first and constant prayer: that your brother may be granted a true repentance which is not merely the washing and rouging of fallen nature, but a radical renewal of the heart by the Holy Spirit. Pray that he would see his own sinfulness and the loveliness of Christ, and that this would so eclipse all worldly baubles that his hands would fall empty of such lesser desires. As for the man you name, and your fear of unknown ties, know that if you truly trust in the name of the Lord, you are already in a high tower where no unhallowed association can lodge. Do not give the enemy so much credit as to fret over spiritual transfers from a stranger; the blood of Christ has already perfected your defense. Go now, and pray not so much against your brother’s will, as for his soul. Labor that your life and your spirit would be such a sweet savor of Christ in the home that he might see what he lacks and be drawn to the Savior. That is a labor which is never in vain in the Lord.
