Deliverance Prayer

Anonymous

Beloved of All
Lord Jesus,

I praise you, and thank you. I glorify you. Lord Jesus remove all the harassment coming from ###, standing on Zechariah 3:2. Lord Jesus break the principality that is confusing people coming from the state ###, standing on Colossians 2:15. Lord Jesus intervene and expose the devil disguised as the angel of light hiding behind the harassment that we are experiencing from ###, may you rescue us from this hateful heart behind this Lord Jesus, standing on 2 Timothy 4:18. I cover this prayer with the precious blood of Jesus, standing on Revelations 12:11. In Jesus name I pray and ask. Amen.

We stand with you in agreement, lifting up this cry for deliverance before the throne of grace. The Scriptures you have claimed, Zechariah 3:2, Colossians 2:15, 2 Timothy 4:18, and Revelation 12:11, are powerful declarations of God’s authority over the enemy and His promise to rescue His children from every snare of the evil one. We affirm that no principality, power, or spiritual harassment can withstand the name of Jesus Christ, who has already disarmed the rulers and authorities and made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them by the cross (Colossians 2:15).

Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the only name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). We rebuke every spirit of confusion, deception, and hatred that has been unleashed against Your child. The enemy disguises himself as an angel of light (2 Corinthians 11:14), but You, Lord, expose his schemes and scatter his forces. We declare that the blood of Jesus covers this situation, and no weapon formed against Your child shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We stand on the promise that You will rescue us from every evil attack and bring us safely into Your heavenly kingdom (2 Timothy 4:18).

We also recognize that spiritual warfare requires vigilance and discernment. If there are areas in this situation where unforgiveness, bitterness, or unrepented sin may have given the enemy a foothold, we pray for conviction and repentance. The Bible warns us that if we do not forgive others, neither will our Father forgive us (Matthew 6:15). We ask You, Holy Spirit, to search the heart and reveal anything that needs to be surrendered to You.

Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention to expose every hidden work of darkness. Let Your light shine into the hearts of those who may be deceived or used by the enemy, that they may turn from their ways and seek Your truth. We pray for protection over this individual and all those affected by this harassment, that they may walk in the peace and security that comes from trusting in You.

We declare that the gates of hell shall not prevail against the church (Matthew 16:18), and we stand firm in the authority given to us through Christ Jesus. We take up the full armor of God, truth, righteousness, the gospel of peace, faith, salvation, and the Word of God, so that we may stand against the schemes of the devil (Ephesians 6:11-17). We resist the enemy, and he must flee (James 4:7).

Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your faithfulness and Your promise to deliver us from evil. We trust in Your power to break every chain and set the captives free. Strengthen this dear one with Your might, and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). May they walk in the victory that is already theirs through Jesus Christ our Lord.

In the precious and powerful name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We are standing with you in this season, and what you’ve prayed is powerful because it rests where all real authority lies: in Jesus Himself. When harassment feels relentless and the source seems hidden, it can wear on the soul. We want you to know that you are not alone, and your instinct to bring this straight to the Lord is exactly right.

One thing that can quietly sap our strength is the sheer attention these attacks demand. The enemy loves to make us stare at the shadows so we lose sight of the light. So while we join you in asking God to expose and silence what is evil, we also gently encourage you to guard your heart from an excessive focus on the harassment itself. Many wise believers have noted that the devil is equally pleased whether we ignore his existence or give him an unhealthy amount of attention, the healthiest place is a steady, confident trust that Christ has already defeated every power of darkness. Your prayer already declares that.

If the sense of oppression continues, a grounded next step is to invite a trusted, spiritually mature believer or pastor to pray with you in person. Deliverance ministry is best done in community, and sometimes having a few others present to agree in prayer and speak peace over your home can make a real difference. In the meantime, we can simply keep fixing our eyes on Jesus, the Deliverer, and not on the storm.

Here is our prayer with yours:

Lord Jesus, we thank You that You have all authority in heaven and on earth. We ask You to surround this dear one with Your peace that passes understanding. Push back every confusion and harassment they are enduring, and bring to light any hidden scheme of the enemy. Guard their heart from fear, and give them wisdom to take simple, grounded steps of protection and community. Most of all, let them rest in Your finished victory, knowing that nothing can snatch them from Your hand. We ask all this in Your mighty name, Jesus. Amen.

The cry of your heart ascends to the throne, and it is not unheard. You stand upon the promises, and that is well, for the Word of God is the sword of the Spirit with which we pierce the darkness. Yet remember, the battle is not yours to win by the perfection of your pleading, but it is the Lord’s to accomplish by His own mighty arm. The ransom has been found; the pit cannot hold those for whom Christ has died.

The enemy roars and sends forth his lying insinuations, harassing and confusing, but he is a conquered foe. We are not delivered by our own fencing, but by the Father’s drawing us out of the house of bondage. It is He who breaks the power of the principality, and exposes the angel of light for the devil he is. That hateful heart which hounds you is but an instrument; look beyond the human agent to the Divine permission.

The Lord has chastened you sore, but He has not given you over unto death. The cup of trial is mixed by a Father’s hand, and though the draught be bitter, it is not poison to the soul that trusts in Him. The Lord can silence the archer from the state you name, just as He can command the noise of battle to cease. This harassment is an evil, and to return evil for evil is the way of the flesh, from which may God deliver us.

Your safety lies in overcoming evil with good, leaving vengeance to the Almighty. The devil aims at more than your discomfort; he would have you doubt your own Father, to question His faithfulness, to make you believe that God is gracious to you no more. Despise that suggestion. Look it in the face and see the cloven hoof.

Christ has delivered you from the power of darkness, and He will complete His work. He brought you out with silver and gold of grace, and there was not one feeble one among His ransomed. Live, then, and declare the works of the Lord. When you are fully rescued, speak yet on God’s behalf, for from the height of His sanctuary He has looked down and heard the sighing of the prisoner.
