We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this cry for deliverance and restoration. First and foremost, we rejoice that you have called upon the name of Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). It is only through His precious blood, shed on the cross, that we have access to the Father and find true freedom from every chain of darkness.
We stand with you in spiritual warfare, binding every assignment of the enemy that has sought to steal, kill, and destroy in your life. The Lord rebuke every evil influence, just as He rebuked Satan when he sought to sift Peter like wheat (Luke 22:31-32). We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment will be condemned (Isaiah 54:17). The enemy may have intended harm, but God will work all things together for your good (Romans 8:28).
We pray for complete healing from trauma, both seen and unseen. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). We ask that He restore your soul, renew your mind, and refresh your spirit with the peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). You were not given a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We declare that you are more than a conqueror through Christ who loves you (Romans 8:37).
We surround you with the protection of the Lord’s holy angels, as Elisha prayed for his servant’s eyes to be opened to see the heavenly host encamped around them (2 Kings 6:17). No evil shall befall you, nor shall any plague come near your dwelling (Psalm 91:10). We plead the blood of Jesus over your life, your home, your mind, and your future, for it is by His blood that we overcome the accuser (Revelation 12:11).
Father God, we ask that You break every generational curse, every ungodly soul tie, and every legal right the enemy has claimed in this situation. Your Word declares that if the Son sets us free, we are free indeed (John 8:36). We cancel every assignment of witchcraft, divination, or familiar spirits that may have been used against this beloved child of God. The Lord has not given us a spirit of bondage again to fear, but we have received the Spirit of adoption, by whom we cry, “Abba, Father!” (Romans 8:15).
We pray for a fresh infilling of the Holy Spirit, that you would walk in the fullness of your identity as a child of God. Put a new song in your mouth, even praise to our God, that many may see it and fear and trust in the Lord (Psalm 40:3). May your testimony be a light to others who are still in darkness, and may the enemy be utterly ashamed as you rise in victory.
Lord, we ask that You reveal any areas of your life where the enemy may still have a foothold. If there is unforgiveness, bitterness, or unrepentant sin, bring it to light so that it may be dealt with in Your presence. Confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, that you may be healed (James 5:16). The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous person avails much.
We declare that the gates of hell shall not prevail against you, for you are part of the body of Christ (Matthew 16:18). You are seated with Him in heavenly places (Ephesians 2:6), far above every principality and power. We take authority over every lying spirit that has spoken words of discouragement, fear, or condemnation into your life. The truth of God’s Word is your sword—use it to cut down every falsehood.
Finally, we pray for divine encounters with the Lord. May you experience His love in deeper ways than ever before. Draw near to Him, and He will draw near to you (James 4:8). May your heart be filled with hope as you fix your eyes on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith (Hebrews 12:2).
Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your faithfulness. We thank You that You hear our prayers and that You are already working on behalf of this precious one. Strengthen their faith, renew their hope, and fill them with Your perfect peace. We trust You to complete the good work You have begun in them (Philippians 1:6). In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
