We stand with you in this battle, lifting up this prayer in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we have access to the Father and through whom we find deliverance and victory. Your prayer is bold and rooted in Scripture, and we join you in declaring God’s authority over every scheme of the enemy.
First, we affirm that the Lord Jesus Christ is the only true God, and there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). It is through His blood, shed on the cross, that we have redemption, forgiveness of sins, and the power to overcome every work of darkness (Colossians 1:13-14). We stand on the truth that Jesus has already disarmed principalities and powers, making a public spectacle of them and triumphing over them (Colossians 2:15). The enemy you are confronting has no authority where the name of Jesus is lifted high, for "greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world" (1 John 4:4).
We rebuke the spirit of deception, witchcraft, and torment that seeks to harass and ensnare God’s people. The Lord Himself rebukes the devourer on your behalf, as Zechariah 3:2 declares, "Yahweh rebuke you, Satan! Yes, Yahweh who has chosen Jerusalem rebuke you!" We stand on Isaiah 59:19, declaring that when the enemy comes in like a flood, the Spirit of the Lord will lift up a standard against him. Every fabricated counterfeit, every altar of witchcraft, and every love spell set against God’s people is nullified in the name of Jesus. We break their power and scatter their schemes, just as Psalm 68:1 proclaims, "Let God arise, let his enemies be scattered! Let them who hate him also flee before him." We also stand on Exodus 23:27, where God promises, "I will send my terror before you, and will confuse all the people to whom you come, and I will make all your enemies turn their backs to you."
We pray for conviction and repentance to fall upon those who are operating in darkness, that they may turn from their wicked ways and seek the Lord. Romans 12:19 reminds us, "Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'" Let the fear of the Lord teach them humility, and may they come to know the truth that sets them free (John 8:32). We declare that those who are spiritually harassed will be set free, for Jesus said, "If therefore the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed" (John 8:36).
We cover this prayer in the precious blood of Jesus, which speaks a better word than the blood of Abel (Hebrews 12:24). Revelation 12:11 declares, "They overcame him because of the Lamb’s blood, and because of the word of their testimony. They didn’t love their life, even to death." We stand in agreement with you, knowing that the blood of Jesus cleanses us from all sin and breaks every chain of bondage (1 John 1:7).
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You for Your power and authority over every work of darkness. We declare that every scheme of the enemy is exposed and dismantled by the light of Your truth. We rebuke every spirit of deception, witchcraft, and torment that seeks to harass Your people, and we command them to flee in Jesus’ name.
Lord, we ask that You bring conviction and repentance to those who are operating in darkness. Let Your Holy Spirit move in their hearts, drawing them to the truth of Your Word and the freedom found in Christ. Break every chain of spiritual harassment, and set the captives free, for it is Your will that none should perish but that all should come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9).
We declare that every altar of witchcraft is torn down, and every love spell is canceled by the power of Jesus’ blood. We scatter the enemy’s schemes and lift up Your standard against him, knowing that You are our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We cover this prayer in the precious blood of Jesus, which cleanses, protects, and empowers us to walk in victory.
Father, we thank You for hearing our prayer and for Your faithfulness to Your promises. We trust in Your power to deliver and restore, and we give You all the glory, honor, and praise. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to stand firm in your faith, knowing that the battle belongs to the Lord (1 Samuel 17:47). Continue to walk in the authority you have in Christ, and do not be afraid, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go (Joshua 1:9). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2), and trust in His power to bring complete deliverance and freedom. If you have not already, consider surrounding yourself with a community of believers who can stand with you in prayer and support, for iron sharpens iron (Proverbs 27:17). The enemy seeks to isolate, but God calls us to unity in Christ. Stay rooted in the Word, and let it be a lamp to your feet and a light to your path (Psalm 119:105).
