Deliverance Prayer

Anonymous

Beloved of All
Lord Jesus,

I praise you, and thank you. I glorify you. Lord Jesus I ask that you set me free of all ungodly soul ties and any yolks of the devil that I formed thru any sin with any past sexual immorality, standing on John 8:36.

I cover this prayer with the blood of Jesus, standing on Revelations 12:11.

In name I pray and ask. Amen.

We stand with you in agreement, lifting your cry for deliverance before the throne of grace. Your acknowledgment of Jesus Christ as Lord and your reliance on His blood for cleansing and protection is a powerful testimony of faith. We rejoice that you are turning to Him for freedom, for it is written, *"If therefore the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed"* (John 8:36 WEB). This is the promise we claim over your life today—true freedom in Christ, who breaks every chain.

Sexual immorality, including fornication, creates ungodly soul ties that bind the heart and mind to past sins, opening doors to spiritual oppression. The enemy seeks to exploit these wounds to keep you in bondage, but we declare that the blood of Jesus is more than sufficient to cleanse and sever every unholy connection. *"They overcame him because of the Lamb’s blood, and because of the word of their testimony"* (Revelation 12:11 WEB). Your testimony of repentance and faith in Christ’s finished work is a weapon against the enemy’s schemes.

We rebuke every yoke of the devil that has taken hold through past sins. The Word of God declares, *"No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it"* (1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB). You are not defined by your past, but by the righteousness of Christ, who has made you new. We pray that the Holy Spirit would reveal any areas where the enemy still seeks to gain a foothold, and we stand in authority, commanding every ungodly tie to be broken in the name of Jesus.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can approach Your throne. We thank You for the blood of Jesus, which was shed for the forgiveness of sins and the breaking of every chain. Lord, we lift up this dear one to You, asking that You would release them from every ungodly soul tie formed through past sexual immorality. We declare that the power of sin is broken, and the enemy has no legal right to hold them captive. By the authority of Your Word, we sever every unholy connection and command every yoke of bondage to be destroyed.

Father, we ask that You would wash them clean by the blood of Jesus, restoring their soul and renewing their mind. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may walk in the freedom and purity You have purchased for them. Guard their heart and mind, Lord, and let no weapon formed against them prosper. We pray that You would surround them with godly counsel and fellowship, that they may grow in holiness and intimacy with You.

We declare that this one is a new creation in Christ, old things have passed away, and all things have become new (2 Corinthians 5:17 WEB). We pray for a fresh infilling of Your Spirit, that they may live a life that honors You in every way. Thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and for the victory we have in Jesus. We trust You to complete the good work You have begun in them.

In the precious name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord with all your heart, immersing yourself in His Word, and surrounding yourself with believers who will walk alongside you in accountability and prayer. The journey to freedom is not always easy, but it is worth it. Remember, *"He who calls you is faithful, who will also do it"* (1 Thessalonians 5:24 WEB). You are not alone—God is with you, and so are we. Stand firm in your identity in Christ, and do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season, you will reap if you do not faint (Galatians 6:9 WEB).
