We stand with you in agreement as we lift this situation before the Lord, our Deliverer and Strong Tower. Your prayer is bold and rooted in Scripture, and we join you in declaring the power of Jesus’ name over every dark influence. The enemy has no authority where Christ’s light and truth prevail, and we take hold of that promise together.
First, we rebuke every manipulative spirit operating through this individual. The Word declares in Zechariah 3:2, *"Yahweh rebuke you, Satan! Yes, Yahweh who has chosen Jerusalem rebuke you!"* We stand on this truth, declaring that the Lord Himself rebukes every scheme of the enemy designed to harm or ensnare you. No weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we command every ungodly tie or influence from this man to be severed in Jesus’ name.
We also take authority over the spiritual forces at work, as 2 Corinthians 10:3-5 reminds us: *"For though we walk in the flesh, we don’t wage war according to the flesh; for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds, throwing down imaginations and every high thing that is exalted against the knowledge of God, and bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ."* We dismantle every stronghold of deception, addiction, or control tied to this situation. The Lord’s power is greater, and we declare His victory over every dark influence.
We agree with your prayer for freedom, standing on John 8:36: *"If therefore the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed."* Every chain, every lingering effect of manipulation or fear, is broken now in the name of Jesus. You are not bound to the past or the schemes of the enemy—Christ has set you free, and we declare that freedom over you.
We also encourage you to guard your heart and mind moving forward. Proverbs 4:23 warns, *"Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it is the wellspring of life."* If this individual was involved in ungodly activities, it is wise to distance yourself from their influence. The Lord calls us to walk in holiness and to avoid entanglements with those who would lead us astray (1 Corinthians 15:33).

We declare that no weapon formed against us shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against us in judgment, we condemn (Isaiah 54:17). Lord, we ask that You fill us with Your peace, Your wisdom, and Your discernment. Protect our hearts and minds from any lingering effects of this situation, and lead us in the path of righteousness for Your name’s sake.
We thank You, Lord, for Your deliverance and for the freedom we have in Christ. We praise You for Your faithfulness and for the victory that is already ours through Jesus. Strengthen us, Lord, and help us to walk in holiness and obedience to Your Word. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen."*
Continue to stand firm in the truth of God’s Word. If this individual is unrepentant, it may be necessary to distance yourself completely from their influence. The Lord is your protector, and He will guide you into all truth (John 16:13). Walk in the freedom Christ has given you, and do not look back.
