We stand with you in the authority of Jesus Christ, the Name above all names, through whom we have victory over every principality and power. Your prayer is bold and rooted in Scripture, and we join you in declaring God’s protection and deliverance over your life and home.
First, we affirm that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms (Ephesians 6:12). The neighbors you mention are not your true enemies—it is the enemy of our souls who seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10). We rebuke every principality and spirit operating through them in the mighty name of Jesus. As Colossians 2:15 declares, *"Having stripped the principalities and the powers, he made a show of them openly, triumphing over them in it."* We stand on this truth, declaring that every weapon formed against you shall not prosper (Isaiah 54:17).
We also bind every transfer of spirits, counterfeit influences, and attacks on your emotions, just as you have done, for Jesus said, *"Most certainly I tell you, whatever things you bind on earth will have been bound in heaven; and whatever things you release on earth will have been released in heaven"* (Matthew 18:18). We plead the blood of Jesus over your home, your mind, and your heart, knowing that His blood speaks a better word than the blood of Abel (Hebrews 12:24). We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, you shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17).
However, we must also address the condition of your heart. Bitterness and oppression are tools the enemy uses to ensnare believers. Scripture warns us, *"Looking carefully lest there be any man who falls short of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and many be defiled by it"* (Hebrews 12:15). We encourage you to examine your heart before the Lord. Have you harbored unforgiveness or resentment toward these neighbors? If so, we urge you to release them to God, for vengeance belongs to Him (Romans 12:19). Forgiveness does not mean what they did was right—it means you refuse to let their actions control your heart.
We also stand with you in praying for their salvation. While we rebuke the enemy’s work in their lives, we must also pray for their redemption. Jesus commands us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us (Matthew 5:44). Perhaps the Lord is allowing this trial to draw them to Himself. Let us pray:

Lord, we rebuke every principality and power operating through these neighbors. We declare that they are disarmed and defeated by the cross of Christ (Colossians 2:15). We bind every transfer of spirits, counterfeit influences, and attacks on emotions, standing on Your promise that no weapon formed against us shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We plead the blood of Jesus over this home and this life, canceling every assignment of the enemy (Revelation 12:11).
Father, we ask for a hedge of protection around this one’s emotions, mind, and spirit. Shield them from bitterness, oppression, and fear. Help them to walk in forgiveness and love, even toward those who may seek to harm them. Lord, we also pray for these neighbors. Soften their hearts, open their eyes to Your truth, and draw them to repentance. Let Your light shine in their darkness, and may they come to know Jesus as their Lord and Savior.
We declare that this neighborhood is under the authority of Jesus Christ, and we command every evil influence to leave in His name. We stand on Your Word, which says that if we resist the devil, he will flee from us (James 4:7). We thank You, Lord, for Your victory and for setting the captives free. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen."*
Continue to stand firm in faith, knowing that God is your refuge and strength (Psalm 46:1). Walk in love, but do not be naive—put on the full armor of God daily (Ephesians 6:10-18). If these neighbors continue to harass you, seek godly counsel and consider involving authorities if necessary, for God has established governing authorities for our protection (Romans 13:1-4). Above all, keep your heart pure before the Lord, and He will guide your steps.
