We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, recognizing the spiritual warfare at hand. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but we stand firm on the promise that Jesus came so that we may have life—and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We lift up this situation with urgency, for witchcraft and divination are abominations to the Lord (Deuteronomy 18:10-12). These practices open doors to darkness and deception, and we must not tolerate them in our lives or the lives of those we pray for.
We declare with authority that every ungodly alliance formed through witchcraft is broken now in the mighty name of Jesus! The blood of Jesus, which speaks a better word than the blood of Abel (Hebrews 12:24), covers this situation, and no weapon formed against God’s people shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We rebuke every counterfeit spirit attempting to mimic the work of the Holy Spirit, for Satan disguises himself as an angel of light (2 Corinthians 11:14). We stand on Zechariah 3:2, declaring that the Lord rebukes the devil and all his works, for the Lord who chose Jerusalem will not tolerate his schemes.
We take authority over every mountain of oppression, deception, and division that has been erected through these dark practices. Jesus said that if we have faith as small as a mustard seed, we can say to this mountain, "Move from here to there," and it will move (Matthew 17:20). We speak to these mountains now—be removed and cast into the sea! We dismantle every divination, every curse, and every ungodly soul tie formed through witchcraft. For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds, casting down imaginations and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God (2 Corinthians 10:4-5).
We pray for this woman and her children, that their eyes would be opened to the truth. The family she has sought to manipulate and control through witchcraft is not her true family, for God sets the solitary in families (Psalm 68:6), and His plans for her are for good and not for evil (Jeremiah 29:11). We ask that the Lord grant her godly sorrow that leads to repentance (2 Corinthians 7:10). Let her see the harm she has caused and turn from these wicked ways, for the Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18).
We cover this prayer in the precious blood of Jesus, knowing that those who overcome the enemy do so by the blood of the Lamb and the word of their testimony (Revelation 12:11). We declare that no weapon formed against this family shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment shall be condemned (Isaiah 54:17). We break every chain of generational witchcraft and declare that this family is set free in Jesus’ name!
Father, we ask that You surround this family with Your angels, that no harm or evil may come near them (Psalm 91:11). Let Your light expose every hidden work of darkness, and let Your truth set them free (John 8:32). We pray for restoration—restore what the enemy has stolen, heal what has been broken, and bring reconciliation where there has been division. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
We also pray for those who have been affected by these dark practices. If there are any who have unknowingly participated in or tolerated such things, we ask that You convict their hearts and lead them to repentance. Forgive them, Lord, and cleanse them from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). Let them walk in the freedom that comes from knowing You and living according to Your Word.
We declare that this family is under the protection of the Most High God. No curse, no spell, no divination shall have power over them, for greater is He who is in them than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). We stand on the authority of Jesus’ name, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). We pray all these things in the powerful, matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
