We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this request for deliverance in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to the Father, and it is by His blood alone that we are redeemed and set free. "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5). We rejoice that you have already acknowledged Jesus as Lord, for "if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved" (Romans 10:9).
Father, we stand in agreement with this prayer, declaring that every chain of bondage must break in the name of Jesus. We rebuke every principality, power, and spiritual wickedness in high places that has sought to oppress and entangle this individual. As it is written, "Having disarmed the principalities and the powers, he made a show of them openly, triumphing over them in it" (Colossians 2:15). We command every demonic force to flee, for "the Son of God was revealed for this purpose: to destroy the works of the devil" (1 John 3:8).
Lord, we specifically address the mention of a marriage entered into fraudulently with a lesbian woman, which has brought scandal and dishonor to Your holy name. This union is not recognized before You, for Your Word clearly states, "Don’t you know that the unrighteous will not inherit God’s Kingdom? Don’t be deceived. Neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor male prostitutes, nor homosexuals, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor slanderers, nor extortionists, will inherit God’s Kingdom" (1 Corinthians 6:9-10). We rebuke this ungodly union and declare that it must be severed in the name of Jesus. We pray for repentance and restoration, that this individual would turn away from this sin and seek Your face for forgiveness and healing.
Father, we ask that You dismantle every mental stronghold that has taken root in this person’s mind. "For though we walk in the flesh, we don’t wage war according to the flesh; for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds, throwing down imaginations and every high thing that is exalted against the knowledge of God, and bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ" (2 Corinthians 10:3-5). We plead the blood of Jesus over their mind, emotions, and will, that every negative thought, lie, and deception would be washed away by the power of His sacrifice.
We also rebuke every altar of witchcraft that has been erected against this individual. Your Word declares, "I will send my terror before you, and will confuse all the people to whom you come, and I will make all your enemies turn their backs to you" (Exodus 23:27). Let every demonic assignment be scattered, and let confusion come upon the camp of the enemy. We declare that no weapon formed against this person shall prosper, for "no weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh’s servants, and their righteousness is of me," says Yahweh (Isaiah 54:17).
Lord, we pray for clarity and restoration in every area of this person’s life. Remove every spirit of harshness, negativity, and fear, and replace it with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. "The Lord will rescue me from every evil work, and will save me for his heavenly Kingdom. To him be the glory forever and ever. Amen" (2 Timothy 4:18). Restore their emotions, heal their wounds, and let Your joy be their strength. "Instead of your shame you will have double; and instead of dishonor, they will rejoice in their portion. Therefore in their land they will possess double. Everlasting joy will be to them" (Isaiah 61:7).
We cover this individual in the blood of Jesus, declaring that they are redeemed, forgiven, and set free. "They overcame him because of the Lamb’s blood, and because of the word of their testimony. They didn’t love their life, even to death" (Revelation 12:11). May they walk in the freedom that Christ has purchased for them, standing firm in the truth of Your Word.
Heavenly Father, we ask that You would bring this person into a deeper relationship with You. Let them know the height, depth, and breadth of Your love, and may they walk in the fullness of Your Spirit. We pray for godly counsel, accountability, and discipleship in their life, that they may grow in wisdom and stature before You. Surround them with believers who will encourage and strengthen them in their faith.
In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we declare this prayer answered. We thank You for Your faithfulness, Your mercy, and Your power to save. May this individual rise up in the authority of Jesus’ name, walking in victory and testifying to Your goodness. We trust in You, Lord, for You are faithful to complete the work You have begun. Amen.
