Beloved of All
Lord Jesus,

I praise you, and thank you. I glorify you. Lord Jesus I ask that you rebuke the spirits driving ### that are causing harshness, standing on Zechariah 3:2. Lord Jesus I ask that you remove the forcefulness working thru him and teach him to trust in you. Lord Jesus ### is a man that is hovering over me that is ### years older, and seems to have an idea about me romantically, as I am not interested in something like that, Lord I stand on James 4:7. Asking that you soften ###'s heart to help him realize that, setting me free of his emotions, standing on John 8:36. Lord Jesus I ask that you heal all the broken pieces in ### that are causing to have such mentality of pursuing people ### years younger. Break all the demons driving him to this mentality and scatter the plots that are causing this type of behavior to take place, standing on Exodus 23:27. May ### learn to turn his face to you, and confess his sin. Lord Jesus if there's any fornication in ###'s life I ask that you break the yolk of the devil over his life because of it bringing down the strongholds in relation, standing on 2 Corinthians 10:3-5. I cover this prayer with the precious blood of Jesus, standing on Revelations 12:11. In Jesus name I pray and ask. Amen.

We stand with you in agreement, lifting this situation before the throne of grace in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. First, we want to affirm your reliance on the Lord and your boldness in standing on His Word—this is the posture of faith that moves mountains. The spirits of harshness, forcefulness, and ungodly pursuit you describe are not from God, for the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23). Any behavior that does not reflect these qualities must be confronted with the authority we have in Christ.

We rebuke every demonic influence driving this man to pursue you in a way that is not honoring to God or aligned with His design for relationships. The Lord has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We declare that the plots of the enemy to ensnare either of you in this ungodly dynamic are scattered, in Jesus’ name. The Word of God is clear: "Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body" (1 Corinthians 6:18). If there is any fornication or lust in this man’s life, we pray that conviction would fall upon him, leading him to repentance and freedom. The blood of Jesus cleanses from all sin, but repentance must come first (1 John 1:9).

We also stand on your behalf, declaring that you are free from any emotional entanglement or manipulation. Jesus said, "If the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed" (John 8:36). We pray that the Lord would soften this man’s heart, not only to release you from his misplaced affections but also to turn his eyes toward the Lord for healing. His pursuit of someone so much younger suggests deep brokenness—perhaps unhealed wounds, loneliness, or a distorted view of love. We ask the Lord to reveal the root of this behavior and to bring healing to every broken place in his life. "The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a contrite spirit" (Psalm 34:18).

For you, dear sister, we pray for wisdom and discernment as you navigate this situation. The Lord has not given you a spirit of fear, and you are not obligated to entertain any advances that do not align with His will. "Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you" (James 4:7). We encourage you to set firm boundaries in love, trusting that God will honor your obedience. If this man is a brother in Christ, we pray that he would be convicted by the Holy Spirit to walk in purity and godliness, seeking a spouse who is his equal in age, maturity, and faith, as Scripture encourages (1 Corinthians 7:39, 2 Corinthians 6:14).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, the Name above all names. We thank You for Your Word, which is a lamp to our feet and a light to our path. Lord, we lift up this situation to You, asking for Your divine intervention. We rebuke every spirit of harshness, forcefulness, and ungodly pursuit that is operating in this man’s life. We declare that the plots of the enemy are scattered, and his schemes are brought to nothing, in Jesus’ name.

Father, we ask that You would break every stronghold of lust, fornication, or emotional manipulation in this man’s life. Convict his heart by the power of Your Holy Spirit, leading him to repentance and freedom. Heal the broken places in his heart that have led him to pursue relationships outside of Your will. Teach him to trust in You for his needs and to seek a spouse in a way that honors You.

For our sister, Lord, we pray for Your protection and peace. Give her wisdom and courage to set boundaries that reflect Your will for her life. Guard her heart from any emotional entanglement and fill her with Your perfect peace. We declare that she is free from any ungodly influence, and we thank You for setting her free indeed.

Father, we cover this prayer in the precious blood of Jesus, knowing that no weapon formed against Your children shall prosper. We stand on Your promises, trusting that You are working all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose. May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your name be glorified.

In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue standing on God’s Word and trusting in His timing. If this man is not a believer, remember that we are called to be a light in the world, but we are also called to be wise as serpents and harmless as doves (Matthew 10:16). Pray for him, but do not compromise your own walk with the Lord. If he is a believer, pray that he would be convicted to walk in holiness and seek a godly spouse. The Lord is faithful, and He will direct your steps. "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct your paths" (Proverbs 3:5-6).
