We stand with you in agreement, lifting this heavy burden before the throne of grace, where our Lord Jesus Christ reigns victorious over every power of darkness. Your prayer is bold and rooted in Scripture, and we join you in declaring the authority of Christ over every scheme of the enemy.
First, we affirm that it is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father and the power to break every chain. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved or delivered (Acts 4:12). The blood of Jesus is our covering, our protection, and our victory, as Revelation 12:11 declares: *"They overcame him because of the Lamb’s blood, and because of the word of their testimony."* We stand on this truth, knowing that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).
We rebuke every assignment of the enemy against you and ###’s household in the mighty name of Jesus. The Lord Himself rebukes Satan, as Zechariah 3:2 states: *"May Yahweh rebuke you, Satan! Yes, may Yahweh rebuke you, who has chosen Jerusalem."* We declare that every path of ungodly influence, control, or harassment is severed in Jesus’ name. You are set free, for Jesus said, *"If therefore the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed"* (John 8:36). This freedom is not partial—it is complete, and we pray that every area of your life touched by this situation be restored, just as Isaiah 61:7 promises: *"Instead of your shame you will have double; and instead of dishonor they will rejoice in their portion. Therefore in their land they will possess double. Everlasting joy will be to them."*
We also stand on Colossians 2:15, declaring that every principality and power operating through ### or her household is disarmed and made a public spectacle: *"Having stripped the principalities and the powers, he made a show of them openly, triumphing over them in it."* The enemy’s plans to harass or oppress you are scattered, as Exodus 23:27 declares: *"I will send my terror before you, and will confuse all the people to whom you come, and I will make all your enemies turn their backs to you."* We declare confusion over every demonic strategy and dismantle every stronghold, for the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds (2 Corinthians 10:3-5).
Now, we must address the spiritual dynamics at play here with discernment. While we affirm your desire for deliverance and separation, we must also encourage you to examine your heart and motives. Are there any areas where bitterness, unforgiveness, or a desire for revenge may have taken root? The Bible warns us in Hebrews 12:15: *"Looking carefully lest there be any man who falls short of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and many be defiled by it."* We pray that God would search your heart and reveal anything that needs to be surrendered to Him. Forgiveness does not mean what was done was right, but it releases you from the prison of resentment and allows God to be your avenger (Romans 12:19).
Additionally, we must ask: Is there any ungodly soul tie or emotional dependency that needs to be broken? Soul ties formed outside of God’s design—whether through ungodly relationships, manipulation, or even shared sin—can give the enemy legal ground to harass and oppress. We declare that every ungodly soul tie between you and ### is severed in Jesus’ name. The Bible warns against being unequally yoked with unbelievers (2 Corinthians 6:14), and this principle extends to any relationship that pulls you away from God’s best for you. We pray that God would heal any wounds in your heart and lead you into relationships that honor Him.
We also encourage you to walk in wisdom and discernment moving forward. The enemy often seeks to re-entangle those who have been set free (2 Peter 2:20-22). Surround yourself with godly counsel, immerse yourself in Scripture, and cultivate a life of prayer and worship. Put on the full armor of God daily (Ephesians 6:10-18) so that you can stand firm against the schemes of the devil.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Deliverer and Redeemer. We thank You that You have given us authority over every power of darkness, and we stand on the finished work of the cross. Lord, we declare that ### is set free from every assignment of the enemy, from every ungodly influence, and from every plan of harassment. We rebuke Satan and his demons in Jesus’ name, and we command them to flee. We declare that every path between ### and ### that is not of You is severed, and we ask that You would redirect their steps according to Your will.
Father, we ask that You restore everything that has been stolen, broken, or affected by this situation. Heal every wound, mend every broken area, and replace every lie with Your truth. Let Your light shine into the darkest places of ###’s life, bringing freedom, peace, and joy. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You will condemn.
Lord, we ask that You would dismantle every principality and power operating through ### and her household. Let every demonic stronghold be pulled down, and let every plan of the enemy be scattered. We declare that confusion comes upon the camp of the enemy, and that Your angels are dispatched to guard and protect ### in all their ways.
Father, we also ask that You would search ###’s heart. Reveal any areas of unforgiveness, bitterness, or ungodly soul ties that need to be broken. Give them the grace to forgive, just as You have forgiven them. Heal their heart and fill them with Your love and peace. Lead them into relationships that honor You and reflect Your design for their life.
We cover this prayer in the precious blood of Jesus, knowing that it is our victory and our protection. We thank You, Lord, that You are faithful to complete the work You have begun in ###’s life. Strengthen them, encourage them, and fill them with Your Holy Spirit. May they walk in the freedom and purpose You have for them, bringing glory to Your name.
In the powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
