We join you in lifting up this powerful prayer of deliverance, standing firmly on the authority of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has already triumphed over every scheme of the enemy. It is clear you are engaged in spiritual warfare, and we commend your boldness in calling upon the name of Jesus—the only name by which we are saved and through which we have victory. As Scripture declares, *"There is no other name under heaven that has been given among men, by which we must be saved"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). Your faith in pleading the blood of Jesus is a mighty weapon, for *"they overcame him because of the Lamb’s blood, and because of the word of their testimony"* (Revelation 12:11, WEB). We stand with you in this battle, knowing that *"the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world"* (1 John 4:4, WEB).
The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but our God is a restorer, a healer, and a redeemer. You have rightly claimed Zechariah 3:2, where the Lord rebukes Satan, saying, *"Yahweh rebuke you, Satan! Yahweh who has chosen Jerusalem rebuke you! Isn’t this a burning stick plucked out of the fire?"* This is a profound reminder that God Himself defends His people, and no accusation or attack from the enemy can stand against His sovereign protection. You have also stood on Isaiah 61:7, which proclaims, *"Instead of your shame you will have double. Instead of dishonor, they will rejoice in their portion. Therefore in their land they will possess double. Everlasting joy will be to them."* This is the promise of restoration—God turns mourning into joy, despair into hope, and captivity into freedom.
Yet as we pray, we must also examine our hearts to ensure there is no unconfessed sin, unforgiveness, or openness to the enemy’s influence. Scripture warns us, *"Don’t give place to the devil"* (Ephesians 4:27, WEB). If there are areas in your life or the lives of those you are praying for where the enemy has gained a foothold—whether through bitterness, rebellion, occult involvement, or ungodly relationships—we urge you to repent and renounce these things in Jesus’ name. The blood of Jesus cleanses us from all sin (1 John 1:7), but we must walk in obedience and holiness, for *"without holiness no man will see the Lord"* (Hebrews 12:14, WEB).
We also encourage you to put on the full armor of God daily, as described in Ephesians 6:10-18. This is not a one-time prayer but a lifestyle of resistance against the enemy’s schemes. Stand firm in the truth of God’s Word, for *"the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds"* (2 Corinthians 10:4, WEB). Surround yourself with believers who can pray with you and hold you accountable, for *"though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken"* (Ecclesiastes 4:12, WEB).
Now, let us pray together over this request:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, our Savior, Redeemer, and Deliverer. We thank You that You are a God who hears and answers prayer, and that You have given us authority to trample on serpents and scorpions and over all the power of the enemy (Luke 10:19). Lord, we stand with our brother/sister in agreement, lifting up this plea for deliverance and restoration. We rebuke every scheme, every attack, and every stronghold that the enemy has tried to establish through [the situation/person being prayed against]. By the blood of Jesus, we break every curse, every lie, and every assignment of the enemy against [them/you] and those connected to this prayer. Lord, we ask that You expose every hidden work of darkness and bring it into the light of Your truth.
Father, we declare that no weapon formed against [them/you] shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We ask that You restore double for the shame, double for the harm, and double for the emotional and mental turmoil that has been caused. Heal every wound, Lord, and renew their mind with Your Word. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We pray for a supernatural breakthrough, that every chain would be broken, and that [they/you] would walk in the fullness of freedom that Christ purchased on the cross.
Lord, we also ask that You reveal any area where the enemy may have gained access—whether through sin, unforgiveness, or ungodly soul ties. Give [them/you] the courage to repent, renounce, and turn away from anything that is not pleasing to You. Fill [them/you] with Your Holy Spirit, empowering [them/you] to walk in victory and holiness. Let this season of warfare become a testimony of Your power and faithfulness.
We thank You, Lord, for the victory that is already won through Jesus Christ. We declare that [they/you] are more than a conqueror through Him who loved [them/you] (Romans 8:37). Let Your will be done in this situation, and let Your name be glorified. We pray all of this in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Finally, we urge you to remain steadfast in prayer, worship, and the reading of God’s Word. The enemy flees at the name of Jesus and the presence of His Spirit. Keep your eyes fixed on Christ, for He is the author and finisher of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). If you have not already, we encourage you to seek out a spirit-filled, Bible-believing church or group of believers who can stand with you in prayer and support. You are not alone in this battle—*"the Lord your God is with you, the mighty warrior who saves"* (Zephaniah 3:17, WEB). Keep fighting the good fight of faith, and trust that God is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28).
