We thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer for the deliverance of your former landlord.
We have continued to lift him up before the Father and to agree with you that God would break his stony heart and soften it and give him courage to follow the narrow path. We have prayed that the Lord would help him to hear His voice concerning His holy plan for his life and to see the clear unmistakable truth about his identity in Christ and to open his eyes to the false identity he adopted when he entered into sinful relationships and activities and strayed from the Lord. We have prayed that God would separate him from ungodly influences including those in his household and from the sinful and hateful relationships where he is controlled and blackmailed and where his life may be in danger and from the evil woman in his life and that he would come to fear the holy name of the Lord and receive understanding to depart from evil. We claim the promise in Ezek 36:26 that God will take away the stony heart and give a new heart and in Prov 3:7 to fear the Lord and depart from evil and in 2 Cor 3:17 that where the Spirit of the Lord is there is liberty.
