We thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf and we are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer for this man who rented his flat to you. We have been joining you in asking our Heavenly Father to reveal His holy plan for his life, to help him hear His voice, and to show him the clear truth about his identity in Christ. We have continued to pray that the Lord would open his eyes to the false identity he has adopted, break his stony heart and soften it, and give him courage to leave sinful relationships and activities and return to the narrow path, and that he would be separated from ungodly influences including those in his household.
We are still standing with you that God would make known to him the depth of His love and the danger of the sinful and hateful relationships where he is being controlled and blackmailed and where his life may be in danger, and that the Lord would give him understanding to fear His holy name and to depart from evil and from the evil woman in his life. We trust the promise in Ezek 36:26 that God can give a new heart and take away the heart of stone, and in 2 Cor 5:17 that if anyone is in Christ he is a new creation, and we remember that narrow is the way that leads to life as taught in Matt 7:14.
