We thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf and we are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. We have been continuing to lift up you and your son before the Lord for deliverance, protection, guidance and revelation.
We have prayed that the Lord would lead you and your son to people who have the will and interest in helping you and who will provide safe and godly counsel and support. We have also prayed for wisdom and discernment regarding your concerns about your brother and his desire to spend time alone with your son and his defensive response when you ask questions, and for the Lord to make clear what is true and to surround your son with complete protection. We remember how the testimony of the man you met who suffered abuse as a child encouraged you with hope that God can provide a fresh start and distance from painful memories, and we have asked the Lord to continue to send that kind of revelation and hope through others. We also prayed about the breakthrough you saw when illness kept your brother from being able to drive and invite your son to be alone with him, and about your ongoing concern now that he has obtained an electric car, that the Lord would close any door that should be closed and would make a way for you and your son to be left in peace, whether through provision to move or through other means of protection.
We take comfort in the promise that the Lord is our refuge and defender, as it is written in Psalm 91:1 and Psalm 34:17, and that if any of us lacks wisdom we can ask God who gives generously, as written in James 1:5.
We pray in Jesus Name that the Lord would guide your every step, grant you clear wisdom, place trustworthy helpers around you and your son, cover your son under His protection, bring full truth into the light, and lead you into peace and a fresh start according to His perfect will. We pray that He would block any harmful intent and keep your son safe from all harm.
