We hear your cry for deliverance and stand with you in fervent prayer, lifting your struggles before the throne of grace. The sins of masturbation and fantasizing about sexual acts with others are forms of lust and impurity that grieve the heart of God. Scripture is clear: *"But I say to you that everyone who looks at a woman to lust after her has committed adultery with her already in his heart"* (Matthew 5:28 WEB). These actions defile the temple of the Holy Spirit, which you are (1 Corinthians 6:19-20), and open doors to spiritual bondage. We rebuke the spirits of lust, witchcraft, and perversion in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for *"the Son of God was revealed for this purpose: to destroy the works of the devil"* (1 John 3:8 WEB).
The Lord sees your desire for a godly husband, and we pray that He would prepare you to be a wife who honors Him in purity, submission, and love. Marriage is a sacred covenant designed by God to reflect Christ’s relationship with the Church (Ephesians 5:22-33), and it must be entered into with reverence and holiness. We encourage you to guard your heart and mind, filling them with God’s Word and fleeing from temptation (2 Timothy 2:22). Confess this sin, repent with a broken and contrite heart, and trust in the cleansing power of Jesus’ blood, for *"if we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness"* (1 John 1:9 WEB).
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Your Son, Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can be saved and delivered. Lord, we lift up this dear sister who is bound by the chains of lust and impurity. We ask You to break every chain of masturbation, fantasy, and witchcraft that has taken hold of her mind and body. Pour out Your Holy Spirit upon her, filling her with Your power to overcome every temptation. Father, create in her a clean heart and renew a right spirit within her (Psalm 51:10). We declare that no weapon formed against her shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17) and that she is more than a conqueror through Christ who loves her (Romans 8:37).
Lord, we pray for the husband You have prepared for her. Prepare her heart to be a godly wife, one who loves You above all else and seeks to honor You in her marriage. Lead her to a man who fears You, who will cherish and protect her as Christ does the Church. Let their union be a testimony of Your love and grace, built on the foundation of Your Word. Father, we ask that You remove every hindrance and every ungodly influence that would delay or disrupt Your plan for her life. Let her walk in purity, holiness, and obedience to You, trusting in Your perfect timing.
We rebuke every evil spirit that has gained access to her life through these sins, and we command them to flee in the name of Jesus. We declare that she is washed, sanctified, and justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God (1 Corinthians 6:11). Strengthen her, Lord, to resist the devil so that he will flee from her (James 4:7). Fill her with Your peace, joy, and the fruit of the Spirit, that she may walk in freedom and victory.
We thank You, Father, for Your mercy and grace that are new every morning. We trust in Your promise that *"He who began a good work in [her] will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ"* (Philippians 1:6 WEB). May she grow in the knowledge and love of You, becoming the woman You created her to be. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to immerse yourself in Scripture, particularly passages that speak to purity, such as 1 Thessalonians 4:3-5, which says, *"For this is the will of God: your sanctification, that you abstain from sexual immorality, that each one of you know how to control his own body in sanctification and honor."* Surround yourself with godly accountability, perhaps through a trusted sister in Christ or a biblical counselor, who can pray with you and encourage you in your walk. Remember, *"No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it"* (1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB). You are not alone in this battle, and the Lord is faithful to deliver you as you seek Him with your whole heart.
