Deliverance from evil spirits and witchcraft curse

Christ hath redeemed you from the curse of the law, being made a curse for you. For this is the entire purpose of His Incarnation: deliverance from evil and supply of good. He does not only cast out devils; He will drive away all error and put down all sorceries, making every art of the devil useless. The witchcraft curse and evil spirits have no hold on you, for by His name even handkerchiefs touched by the apostle sent diseases and demons fleeing. Only believe, and you shall see His power.

And because you are a son, God hath sent forth the Spirit of His Son into your heart, crying, Abba Father. That Spirit is the Comforter He promised, so that you are not left an orphan. He Himself will come to you. The Spirit bears witness with your spirit that you are a child of God, and if a child, then an heir. Therefore, pray with boldness, trusting in the name of Jesus whom we preach, and the evil spirits will go out from you. He who searches the hearts knows the mind of the Spirit, who intercedes for you. No curse can stand where the Spirit of adoption dwells. Amen.

The power of every curse was broken when Jesus hung upon the cross. He became a curse for us, taking the full weight of God’s judgment against sin. The thorns that pierced His brow were a sign of that curse, but in His resurrection He triumphed over all evil. No witchcraft or demonic force can stand against His name and finished work.

When you put your trust in Jesus, you are redeemed from the curse of the law. You are brought into a new kingdom where the Comforter, the Holy Spirit, comes to dwell within you. I pray that you will know the deep assurance that your name is written in the Lamb’s book of life, for that is the ground of all true deliverance. Rejoice not simply that spirits are subject to you, but that you belong to God.

At the same time, Scripture teaches that the fear of the Lord is to hate evil. Deliverance is not merely about casting out spirits; it is a turning of the heart away from everything that invites darkness. Renounce every connection to witchcraft, every thought or practice that tolerates evil. Do not give the enemy a foothold. The Holy Spirit will give you strength to depart from evil, and this will bring health to your body and refreshment to your bones.

I join my faith with yours in the authority of Jesus’ name. In that name, I command every tormenting spirit to leave you now. I bind any demonic influence and break every witchcraft curse spoken over your life. The Comforter is already with you; He will guide you into all truth and guard your heart in the peace of Christ. Walk in that freedom, keep your eyes on the One who has already won the victory, and let His hatred of evil become your own.
