Deliverance from demons and sin
We understand that you are seeking deliverance from sin and the influence of demons in your life. Firstly, it is important to acknowledge that freedom from sin and demonic influences is only possible through the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by the name of Jesus that we can be saved. We would love to pray with you and discuss the basic salvation message.
Let us remember what the Bible says in Acts 4:12:
"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
And in Romans 10:9-10 WEB:
because, if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
True deliverance comes from confessing our sins and turning to Jesus Christ with our whole heart. Let us pray for you:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this person who is seeking deliverance from sin and the influence of demons. We confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, and we believe in our hearts that You raised Him from the dead.
Father, we ask that You forgive their sins and cleanse them from all unrighteousness. We pray for the name of Jesus Christ to take authority over any demonic influence in their life and to cast out any spirits that do not align with Your will. We ask for the Holy Spirit to fill them with the knowledge of Your will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding. Romans 8:26 WEB:
"In the same way, the Spirit also helps our weaknesses, for we don't know how to pray as we ought. But the Spirit himself makes intercession for us with groanings which can't be uttered."
We ask for Your guidance and protection as they walk with You freely, in the name of Jesus Christ. We pray for them to develop a relationship with Jesus Christ and to become a disciple for Him. We pray that they find a church that preaches and teaches the Gospel and to become a disciple of Jesus Christ and walk in His ways. We ask for the Holy Spirit to teach them all that they need to know to walk with You freely. We ask that You bless them and keep them in Your care.
