Deliverance from breaking pattern in my life where I end up getting emotionally available men & then there is separation

Shivani India

Disciple of Prayer
The people who are seeing this post or followed my posts before know I have become completely disturbed since a few days, sleepless nights, anxious thoughts, uncertainty, hopelessness… it has affected me mentally, physically, emotionally.

The person I loved the most and deep down I know he also loved me (###, whom I was thinking about marrying him), he decided not to be with me anymore as sometimes I act with so much emotional intensity & anger…

I felt devastated…. I am ### years old, on 2 May I would turn ###.

It’s been a pattern in my life where like other people I don’t get a man who would want a relationship with me, who would want to build a future with me & marry me.

All men who came in contact with me before… they said I have a great personality, I believe in God, I am so gorgeous, I am kind, polite, thoughtful, ambitious & generous lady.

Then how come no one would want to be with me… when a guy would come into my life who would actually value my presence, would love to see me, would love to take on a date, give me flowers, chocolates….who would love to know what’s going on in my life.

How come either a guy wanna part ways or I would part ways and I would end up getting hurt & alone destroying my peace.

It’s been also a pattern in my life, I end up finding people who are emotionally unavailable (even though that’s not my priority).

I am ready for a relationship, I wanna build a meaningful future with someone (###), I wanna get married. I wanna do all those things by putting God first and while I am still young.

Why there is rejection, stagnation & delay in my life!

How come, I always believe in God but I am going through this issue….

Normal people who don’t believe in God, they get everything easily then why not me!

Is it because of generational curse, witchcraft, spiritual warfare, enemy attack, black magic, demonic spirits?????

If yes can you please pray for me… please

Deliver me from this cycle once and for all.

We hear the deep pain and turmoil in your heart, and we come before the Lord with you in this moment of brokenness. Your cry for deliverance from this cycle of emotional hurt, rejection, and loneliness is not unnoticed by our Heavenly Father. He sees every tear, every sleepless night, and every anxious thought. The Word of God tells us in Psalm 34:18, "The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." You are not alone in this struggle, and we stand with you in prayer, seeking God’s healing and restoration.

First, we must address the foundation of your faith. While you mention believing in God, it is crucial to emphasize that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. Jesus said in John 14:6, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." There is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus, confessed Him as Lord, and believed in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, we encourage you to do so. Salvation is the first step to breaking every chain and cycle in your life. Romans 10:9-10 says, "If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation."

Now, let us address the patterns you are experiencing. The cycle of attracting emotionally unavailable men and facing rejection is not merely a coincidence or the result of external spiritual attacks—though the enemy would love to keep you bound in this lie. We must examine the root of these patterns through the lens of Scripture. Proverbs 4:23 warns us, "Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it is the wellspring of life." The emotions you described—intensity and anger—may be revealing areas where your heart needs healing and alignment with God’s Word. Unresolved pain, past hurts, or even ungodly beliefs about relationships can shape the way we interact with others. James 1:20 tells us, "For the anger of man doesn’t produce the righteousness of God." While it is natural to feel anger, we must surrender it to the Lord and allow Him to transform our hearts.

We also want to gently rebuke the spirit of comparison that has crept into your heart. You mentioned that others who do not believe in God seem to "get everything easily," but this is a lie from the enemy. The world’s definition of success and fulfillment is empty and temporary. Psalm 37:7 reminds us, "Rest in the Lord, and wait patiently for him. Don’t fret because of him who prospers in his way, because of the man who makes wicked plots happen." God’s timing and His ways are perfect, even when they do not align with our desires or the world’s standards. Trusting Him means believing that He has a plan for your life, including your future marriage, and that His plan is for your good (Jeremiah 29:11).

Regarding the patterns you described, we must also address the possibility of generational curses or spiritual warfare. The Bible is clear that the sins of the fathers can affect future generations (Exodus 20:5), but it is also clear that Jesus came to break every chain. Galatians 3:13-14 says, "Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us. For it is written, 'Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree,' that the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Christ Jesus, that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith." If there are generational strongholds in your life, we declare them broken in the name of Jesus! You are not bound by the failures or sins of your ancestors. Stand on the truth of 2 Corinthians 5:17, "If anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new."

We also rebuke the spirit of witchcraft, black magic, or any demonic influence that may be at work in your life. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but Jesus came to give you life abundantly. We command every spirit of rejection, stagnation, and delay to leave you now in the name of Jesus! You are a daughter of the Most High God, and you are not subject to the schemes of the devil. James 4:7 says, "Be subject therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you." Stand firm in your identity in Christ and do not give the enemy a foothold in your life.

Now, let us pray for you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our sister who is crying out for deliverance and healing. Lord, we thank You that You are near to the brokenhearted and that You save those who are crushed in spirit. We ask that You would draw near to her in this moment and wrap Your arms of love around her. Father, we declare that she is Your beloved daughter, fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14). We break every chain of rejection, stagnation, and delay in her life in the mighty name of Jesus!

Lord, we ask that You would heal her heart from every past hurt and disappointment. Where there has been anger, we pray for Your peace to flood her soul. Where there has been comparison, we pray for Your perspective to fill her mind. Where there has been unbelief, we pray for a fresh revelation of Your love and faithfulness. Father, we declare that she is not defined by her past or her pain, but by the blood of Jesus and the righteousness You have given her.

We rebuke every generational curse, every spirit of witchcraft, and every demonic influence that has sought to keep her bound. We declare that she is free in Jesus’ name! We command every spirit of rejection, fear, and loneliness to leave her now. We speak life, joy, and peace over her mind, body, and spirit. Lord, we ask that You would restore her hope and fill her with Your perfect love, which casts out all fear (1 John 4:18).

Father, we pray for her future marriage. We ask that You would bring a godly man into her life who loves You above all else and who will cherish her as Christ cherishes the Church (Ephesians 5:25). Prepare her heart to be a wife who honors You and her future husband. Give her wisdom and discernment as she waits on You. Help her to trust in Your timing and to rest in Your promises.

Lord, we ask that You would fill her with Your Holy Spirit and guide her steps. May she seek You first in all things, and may her life reflect Your glory. We declare that she is delivered from this cycle of pain and that her future is bright in You. Thank You, Father, for hearing our prayer and for moving mightily in her life. We ask all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord through prayer, reading His Word, and surrounding yourself with a community of believers who can support and encourage you. Psalm 119:105 says, "Your word is a lamp to my feet, and a light for my path." Allow God’s Word to guide you and renew your mind. Surrender your desires, your pain, and your future to Him, and trust that He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28).

Finally, we want to leave you with this promise from Isaiah 61:1-3:
"The Lord’s Spirit is upon me, because the Lord has anointed me to preach good news to the humble. He has sent me to bind up the broken hearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and release to those who are bound; to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all who mourn; to provide for those who mourn in Zion, to give to them a garland for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they may be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, that he may be glorified."

You are not forgotten. You are not abandoned. You are deeply loved by the Creator of the universe, and He has a plan for your life. Keep your eyes on Him, and He will lead you into the abundant life He has promised.

Dear friend,

We hear your cry for help and we're here for you. It's clear that you're going through a tough time, feeling stuck in a cycle of emotional hurt and rejection. We want you to know that you're not alone, and we're standing with you in prayer.

First, let's remind ourselves of the power of Jesus' name. In John 14:6, Jesus says, "I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." There's no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If you haven't already, we encourage you to surrender your life to Jesus, confess Him as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead. Salvation is the first step to breaking every chain and cycle in your life.

Now, let's talk about the patterns you're experiencing. It's easy to blame external factors or spiritual attacks, but we must also look within. Proverbs 4:23 warns us to "keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it are the issues of life." The emotions you're feeling – intensity and anger – might be revealing areas where your heart needs healing and alignment with God's Word.

We also want to gently rebuke the spirit of comparison that's crept into your heart. It's not true that others who don't believe in God have it easier. God's timing and ways are perfect, even when they don't align with our desires or the world's standards. Trust in Him, and believe that He has a plan for your future marriage.

Lastly, we must address the possibility of generational curses or spiritual warfare. While the sins of the fathers can affect future generations, Jesus came to break every chain. Galatians 3:13-14 tells us that Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us. You are not bound by the failures or sins of your ancestors.
