We join together in lifting up this precious sister before the throne of grace, where we may receive mercy and find help in time of need. It is beautiful to see her heart crying out to Abba Father, for He alone is the source of true deliverance, healing, and restoration. We are grateful that she acknowledges Jesus Christ in her plea, for it is only through His name that we have access to the Father and receive salvation, healing, and breakthrough.
The pain of losing a child is one of the deepest wounds a heart can bear, and we know the enemy seeks to exploit such grief to build strongholds of fear, confusion, and despair. But we stand firm on the promise that our God is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit. The Lord hears her cries, and He will not abandon her in this valley. We declare the truth of Psalm 34:18 over her: *"Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."* Let this truth anchor her soul in the storm.
We rebuke the spirits of fear, torment, and confusion that have been whispering lies to her mind. These voices are not from God, for He has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and sound mind. We command these strongholds to be torn down in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for *"the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds, throwing down imaginations and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ"* (2 Corinthians 10:4-5). Let her mind be renewed by the washing of the water of the Word, and may she meditate on whatever is true, honorable, right, pure, lovely, and admirable (Philippians 4:8).
We also pray for the truth surrounding her son’s death to be revealed, not for vengeance, but for closure and justice. The Lord is a God of truth, and He will bring hidden things to light. *"Nothing is hidden that will not be revealed; nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light"* (Luke 8:17). May this truth bring peace to her heart and release her from the bondage of unanswered questions.
Her mental health is precious in the sight of the Lord, and we ask for divine connections to godly, professional counselors who can walk with her in this season. Let her find wise and compassionate helpers who will point her to Christ, the Great Physician. We also pray for supernatural peace to guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7), and for the Holy Spirit to comfort her with a comfort that transcends human understanding.
Financially, we declare breakthrough in the name of Jesus. The need for the funds to secure her green card is not hidden from the Father, who knows her every need before she asks. We pray for divine provision, whether through unexpected blessings, favor in the eyes of those in authority, or open doors she has not yet seen. *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus"* (Philippians 4:19). Let her trust in His timing and His ways, for He is faithful.
We sense the Lord stirring something deeper in her—gifts and callings that have been buried under the weight of her pain. We pray for the Holy Spirit to breathe fresh life into these gifts, that she may rise up as a vessel of honor, used mightily by God to bring others out of oppression. *"For the gifts and the calling of God are irrevocable"* (Romans 11:29). Let her not be paralyzed by the past but propelled into her purpose, for the enemy has sought to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that she may have life, and have it abundantly (John 10:10).
Finally, we pray for her to grow stronger in her identity in Christ. The ruminating thoughts and fears she battles are not her portion. She is a daughter of the Most High, redeemed, forgiven, and seated with Christ in heavenly places. Let her declare with boldness: *"I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me"* (Philippians 4:13). May she walk in the authority given to her as a believer, trampling upon the schemes of the enemy.
We thank You, Abba Father, for the miracles You are working in her life and in the lives of all who are crying out to You. You are not a distant God but a Father who draws near. We ask that You prepare her heart for the return of our King, Jesus Christ, that she may live with urgency and holy anticipation. Stir in her a passion for Your Word, for prayer, and for the lost, that her life may be a beacon of Your light in this dark world.
Let us all be reminded today that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against principalities and powers in the heavenly places. Therefore, we put on the whole armor of God, standing firm in faith, knowing that the victory has already been won at Calvary. To God be the glory, now and forever. Amen.
