Decision or Good Break Up

I ask for the right words... I have a very stressful and time consuming job and my girlfriend wants time during the week which I do not have right now for many factors beyond my ability. I don't even have time to talk about it during the week and can't see wasting time talking about the obvious on weekends or off-time... May she either totally get it and commit or may we part peacefully. May God bring the right person to understand and back me right now, not try to change my career path, in Jeaus Name.
