Your words have been heard and your burden has been laid before the Lord with care and prayer. To stand in need of help and to feel that the help offered is not such as you can trust is a sore trial, and to come to a settled decision under such a weight must have cost you much searching of heart.
We do not take lightly the reasons you carry for your distrust, and we would bring your whole case before Him who is the Great Physician. There is a word that says, He healeth the broken in heart and bindeth up their wounds. When the help of man fails or seems uncertain, the Lord Himself remains present to heal and to sustain, and His grace is given without money and without price to all who come to Him in truth.
You are exhorted in Scripture to pray without ceasing, not that you should be always upon your knees in formal devotion, but that your heart should be always in that prayerful frame which turns to God in all things. Carry that mighty weapon of all prayer and never sheathe it. As you are tempted without ceasing and tried without ceasing, so pray without ceasing. Tell the Lord plainly your fears concerning this surgery, your distrust, your reasons, and your need for wisdom to walk in the right path. He is one who hides Himself at times for our good, yet He hears the secret cry and will make the crooked places straight and break in pieces the gates of brass for those who seek Him.

To face a need for care and to feel you cannot trust the options before you is a heavy burden, and to make a decision about surgery is not a light matter. God sees the reasons you carry in your heart and He knows the limits of where you live and what is available to you.

Your decision comes through clearly and I hear the weight behind it. Living where you feel you cannot get the care you need, and facing a recommendation for surgery that you do not trust, is a heavy place to be. God sees the reasons you carry and He is with you in this valley.
One thing Scripture keeps teaching is that fear and faith cannot rule the heart at the same time. When we forget the Lord and fix our eyes on the problem, fear takes hold. When we remember Him, that He is present with us, faith rises. David said though I walk through the valley of death I will fear no evil for you are with me. That remembering is often the cure for fear. The enemy often uses fear to push us into a quick reaction, and reactions made only from fear are often wrong. That does not mean your concerns are not real, it means the Lord wants to be the one who steadies you as you weigh them.
The Bible also says the beginning of wisdom is the reverent awe of the Lord. That kind of fear is not panic, it is a deep respect for who God is, His greatness and goodness, wanting to love what He loves and turn from what He hates. Fools despise instruction, but the wise acknowledge God in all their ways and ask Him to direct their path, and He promises to do it. To not lean only on our own understanding, and to not be wise in our own eyes, is part of that reverence. It keeps us from being driven by sudden fear or by the fear of what others might do, and lets the Lord be our confidence.
In that spirit, do what is wise and prudent, but let it be led by trust in God rather than by fear. Bring this decision fully before Him in prayer. Ask Him for wisdom, for clear guidance, and for peace that confirms His leading. Seek godly counsel and, if it is possible, seek another trustworthy medical opinion from someone you can have confidence in, even if that means looking beyond where you live. God heals in many ways.
