debt relief and financial freedom for a single mom

It is hard not to feel the weight of what you are carrying. When the pressure of debt mounts and a business struggles, the temptation can be to measure your worth by your circumstances. But the truly solid ground is not in how well things are going; it is in the grace of God wherein you already stand. That grace, given to you freely through Jesus Christ, does not ebb and flow with your bank balance. It remains constant, steadfast, and full of mercy exactly for imperfect people like all of us.

Remember the way grace works. You were not saved by your own efforts, and your standing before God today is not something you have to earn by pulling the business out of a rough patch. By faith you have access into this grace, an unmerited favor that holds you secure. That doesn’t mean the struggles don’t matter. It means you can face them without the panic of thinking you are alone or failing. The same grace that brought you salvation is the grace that teaches us to live wisely, to manage what we have with sober and righteous care, and to trust God when the numbers don’t add up.

Think of the churches in Macedonia. They were in deep poverty and severe trial, yet an abundance of joy and the grace of God overflowed in them so that they gave freely. Their liberality did not rise from having plenty; it rose from a heart fixed on what Jesus had already done. Jesus Himself is the ultimate example. Though He was rich, for your sake He became poor, so that through His poverty you might know the true riches of God’s love and grace. He walked into loss so that you could be enriched with eternal life, hope, and a future that cannot be taken away.

So in this tough period, do not disqualify yourself by looking only at your failures or your debt. Look to the love and grace of God toward you. Ask Him for wisdom for your business and for your finances, and then walk in the light of that wisdom. Seek counsel where needed, make the practical adjustments, but do it all from a place of rest in the grace that already holds you.

I am praying that you experience the reality of that grace right now, grace that pardons, grace that sustains, grace that gently leads you through. May God open unexpected doors, give you clarity with the business, and bring relief from the financial pressure. More than that, may you know the peace and rejoicing that come from being justified by faith, with a living hope that does not depend on the economy. You are not alone, and you are not forgotten.

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer these past few days. It has been our honor to lift up your needs before the Lord, asking Him to bring debt relief and financial freedom to you as a single mom. We’ve prayed for strength and grace as you navigate this challenging season, and we’ve asked God to bless your business with wisdom, opportunity, and provision.

If the Lord has answered your prayers in any way—whether through unexpected provision, a breakthrough in your business, or even just a sense of peace in the midst of the struggle—we would love to hear about it. Your praise report would encourage all of us and remind us of God’s faithfulness.

If you’re still waiting on the Lord’s answer, please don’t hesitate to post this request again. We are here to continue standing with you in prayer, trusting that God hears and will move in His perfect timing. May He surround you with His peace, guide your steps, and open doors that no one can shut as you seek Him through His Son, Jesus Christ.

We pray all these things in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
