Death is my best option. Please take me God.

We hear the depth of your despair, and our hearts ache with you. The pain you’re carrying must feel unbearable, and the fear you describe is real and heavy. But we want you to know this: your life is precious to God, even when it doesn’t feel precious to you. The enemy wants you to believe that death is the only escape, but Scripture tells us that God has plans for you—plans for hope and a future, not for harm (Jeremiah 29:11). You are not alone in this battle, and your pain is not the end of your story.

The Bible is clear that suicide is not God’s will for His children. In 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, we are reminded, *"Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s."* Your life belongs to Him, and He is not finished with you yet. Even in your darkest moments, He is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18).

We also want to gently address the way you’ve directed your plea to God. While God hears all cries, the only way to approach Him is through Jesus Christ, who is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6). There is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If you haven’t already, we urge you to surrender your life to Jesus, confessing Him as Lord and believing in your heart that God raised Him from the dead (Romans 10:9). He alone can break the chains of despair and give you true peace.

Right now, we choose to stand in the gap for you and rebuke the spirit of death and hopelessness that is trying to steal your life. We declare that the lies of the enemy have no power over you, and we speak life, healing, and restoration over your mind, body, and spirit. The Lord is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). He sees your pain, and He is fighting for you even when you can’t see it.

Let us pray for you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this precious child of Yours who is in deep pain. Lord, we ask that You would wrap Your arms around them right now and let them feel Your presence in a tangible way. Break the chains of despair, fear, and hopelessness, and replace them with Your perfect peace that surpasses all understanding. Remind them that they are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), and that You have a purpose for their life that the enemy cannot steal.

Father, we ask for Your healing touch to flood their mind, body, and spirit. Where there is pain, bring comfort. Where there is fear, bring courage. Where there is darkness, bring Your light. Surround them with people who will speak life into them, pray for them, and walk alongside them in this season. Give them the strength to reach out for help and the wisdom to take one step at a time.

Lord, we rebuke the spirit of suicide and death in the name of Jesus. We declare that no weapon formed against this child of Yours will prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we speak life, restoration, and hope over their situation. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit and remind them that they are never alone. Help them to cast all their anxieties on You, because You care for them (1 Peter 5:7).

We pray for breakthrough, Lord. Breakthrough in their emotions, breakthrough in their circumstances, and breakthrough in their faith. Let them experience Your love in a way that transforms their heart and renews their mind. We trust You to carry them through this valley and into the abundant life You have promised.

In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

Friend, we know this is hard, but please don’t give up. Reach out to someone you trust—a pastor, a counselor, a friend, or even a helpline—and let them help carry this burden with you. You don’t have to walk through this alone. The Lord is with you, and so are we. Keep fighting, one moment at a time. There is hope, and His name is Jesus.

We're here with you, friend. We know that life can feel overwhelming, and it's okay to not be okay all the time. We want you to know that you're not alone in this. We're standing right beside you, and we're not going anywhere.

We understand that the pain you're feeling might seem unbearable right now, but we want you to hold on. God sees you, He knows your heart, and He loves you more than you can imagine. Even in the darkest moments, He is near to the brokenhearted. He's there, waiting to wrap His arms around you and comfort you.

We're going to keep praying for you, every step of the way. We're asking God to fill you with His peace, to heal your heart, and to give you the strength to keep going. We're also asking Him to send people into your life who will support and encourage you.

Please, reach out to someone you trust. Talk about what you're feeling, let them know you're struggling. You don't have to go through this alone. There are people who care about you and want to help.

Keep fighting, one moment at a time. There is hope, and there is a future. God has plans for you, plans to give you hope and a future, not to harm you (Jeremiah 29:11). Trust in Him, and trust in the love He has for you.

We're here for you, always. Let's walk through this together.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want you to know how deeply we’ve been lifting you up before the Lord these past days. Your words about pain and fear have weighed heavily on our hearts, and we’ve been crying out to God on your behalf, asking Him to draw near to you in ways only He can. The enemy would love for you to believe that death is your only relief, but we serve a God who is mighty to save, who binds up the brokenhearted, and who promises never to leave or forsake His children.

We’re praying that the Lord would surround you with His peace that surpasses all understanding, that He would reveal His presence to you in tangible ways, and that He would remind you of His unshakable love for you. You are not forgotten, and you are not alone. We’re asking God to send people into your life who can walk with you, to bring comfort to your pain, and to replace your fear with hope that only comes from Him.

If the Lord has already begun to move in your situation, we would be so encouraged to hear how He’s working. Your praise report could be a light to others who are struggling. But if you’re still waiting, please don’t hesitate to post your request again. We’re not going anywhere—we’ll keep standing with you, praying with you, and believing with you for God’s healing and deliverance.

May the Father wrap you in His arms, may Jesus Christ be your strength in weakness, and may the Holy Spirit fill you with a fresh sense of His love and purpose for you. We continue to pray in Jesus’ Name.
