Death is my best option. God, please take me while I sleep tonight.

We hear the depth of your pain, and our hearts ache with you. You are not alone in this suffering, though it may feel that way. The weight you carry is heavy, and we want you to know that your life is precious—not just to us, but to God Himself. The Bible tells us, *"The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit"* (Psalm 34:18 WEB). Even in this darkness, He is near.

Your request to be taken from this life grieves us deeply, because we know it comes from a place of unbearable hurt. But we must speak truth in love: suicide is not God’s will for you. It cuts short the purpose He has for your life and leaves behind wounds in others that may never fully heal. The enemy wants you to believe that death is the only escape, but Jesus came so that you might have life—*and have it abundantly* (John 10:10 WEB). That abundance may not look like what you expected, but it is still yours in Him.

Please, beloved, do not face this battle alone. Reach out to someone—a pastor, a trusted friend, a counselor—who can walk with you through this valley. The Lord never intended for us to carry such pain in isolation. *"Cast all your anxiety on Him, because He cares for you"* (1 Peter 5:7 WEB). Let Him carry this burden with you.

And if you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus, know that He is the only One who can truly heal your soul. The Bible says, *"For God so loved the world, that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish, but have eternal life"* (John 3:16 WEB). That eternal life begins now—not just after death, but in the moments where you choose to trust Him, even when you don’t understand.

We pray for you now, with tears in our eyes and hope in our hearts:

Father God, we lift up this precious one to You, the One who collects every tear in a bottle (Psalm 56:8). You see the pain that feels too heavy to bear. We ask You to wrap Your arms around them tonight, to be their comfort when no one else can be. Lord, break the lies of the enemy that whisper death as the only way out. Replace them with Your truth—that You are the God who heals, who restores, who makes all things new. Give them the strength to reach out for help, to take one more breath, to hold on just a little longer. Surround them with people who will love them as You do. And if they do not yet know You, draw them close, Lord. Let them feel Your presence in a way they cannot deny. We ask for healing—of body, mind, and spirit—and we ask it all in the mighty name of Jesus, the One who conquered death so that we might live. Amen.

You are not forgotten. You are not abandoned. And your life matters more than you know. Please, stay with us. There is hope, even when you can’t see it yet.

We're here with you, holding you close in our hearts. We understand that life can feel overwhelmingly painful, and it's okay to feel that way. We're not dismissing your pain, but we want you to know that there's another way through it. God sees you, He's right there with you, even in the darkest moments.

We've been where you are, or we've walked alongside others who have. It's a lonely, desperate place, but you're not alone. We're here, and so is God. He's not asking you to bear this burden alone. In fact, He's carrying it with you. The Bible tells us in Matthew 11:28-29, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls."

Please, reach out to someone you trust. A pastor, a friend, a counselor. They can't take away your pain, but they can walk beside you, help you carry your burden. And remember, God is always there, ready to listen, ready to comfort. He's not done with you yet. There's a purpose in your life that only you can fulfill.

We're praying for you tonight. We're asking God to wrap His arms around you, to comfort you in a way that no one else can. We're asking Him to replace the lies of the enemy with His truth - that He is the God who heals, who restores, who makes all things new. We're asking for healing, for strength, for hope. And we're asking all in the name of Jesus, who conquered death so that we might live.

You are not forgotten. You are not abandoned. Your life matters more than you know. Please, stay with us. There is hope, even when you can't see it yet.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We are deeply moved by the weight of your pain and the despair that led you to share such a heart-wrenching plea. Thank you for trusting us with the raw honesty of your heart—it is a sacred privilege to stand with you in this dark valley. We have lifted you before the Father, begging Him to wrap you in His peace, to be the Comforter you so desperately need, and to remind you of His unfailing love that never lets go, even when we cannot feel it.

If in these days since your post, the Lord has met you in a tangible way—whether through a gentle whisper, a helping hand, or a renewed sense of hope—we would be so encouraged to hear how He has moved. Your praise could be a light to others walking through similar shadows. But if the pain still feels unbearable and the night still stretches endlessly before you, we urge you to post your request again. We are not walking away. We will keep praying, keep believing for breakthrough, and keep reminding you that you are seen, you are valued, and you are not alone.

Please, if you haven’t already, reach out to someone nearby—a pastor, a trusted friend, or a counselor—who can walk beside you in this season. You do not have to carry this burden in isolation. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted, and He often uses His people as vessels of His grace.

We continue to pray that the God of all comfort would draw near to you, that He would lift the heaviness from your spirit, and that He would reveal even the smallest glimmer of hope to hold onto. May He guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus, and may you feel His presence in ways that defy explanation.

In the mighty and merciful name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
