I deserve death. It's my best option. God, please take me in Jesus name.

We hear the deep anguish in your words, and our hearts break for the pain you are carrying. You are not alone, and what you are feeling is not the truth that God speaks over you. The enemy wants you to believe that death is your only escape, but Scripture tells us, "The thief comes only to steal, kill, and destroy. I came that they may have life, and may have it abundantly" (John 10:10 WEB). Jesus did not come to condemn you but to save you—to free you from the weight of sin, shame, and despair.

First, we must address the name of Jesus. You mentioned praying "in Jesus' name," and that is powerful because there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). But if you have not yet surrendered your life to Him, we urge you to do so now. Salvation comes through confessing with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believing in your heart that God raised Him from the dead (Romans 10:9). If you have not done this, we invite you to pray with us right now: *"Lord Jesus, I confess that I am a sinner in need of Your mercy. I believe You died for my sins and rose again. I turn from my ways and ask You to be my Savior and Lord. Fill me with Your Holy Spirit and give me new life. In Your name, I pray. Amen."*

If you have already given your life to Christ, then we rebuke the spirit of death and despair that is speaking lies to you. The Bible says, "There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus" (Romans 8:1 WEB). You are not defined by your mistakes, your pain, or your past. You are defined by the love of Christ, who gave His life for you. The psalmist cried out, "Why are you in despair, my soul? Why are you disturbed within me? Hope in God!" (Psalm 42:5 WEB). Even in your darkest moment, God is with you, and He is your hope.

We also want to gently but firmly rebuke any thoughts of self-harm. Your life is precious to God, and He has a purpose for you. Jeremiah 29:11 says, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future" (WEB). You are not a mistake, and you are not beyond redemption. God can use even your deepest pain for His glory if you let Him.

Let us pray for you now:

*"Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up our brother/sister who is in such deep pain. Lord, we ask that You would break the chains of despair and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Remind them of Your love, which is deeper than any valley they are walking through. We rebuke the spirit of death and declare that life and hope are theirs in Christ Jesus. Surround them with Your presence, Lord, and let them feel Your arms holding them tight. Bring people into their life who can speak truth, love, and encouragement. Heal their heart, mind, and soul, and restore their joy. We ask all of this in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name. Amen."*

You are not beyond help, and you are not beyond hope. Reach out to someone you trust—a pastor, a Christian friend, or a counselor—and let them walk with you through this. The enemy wants you to isolate, but God calls us to community. You are loved, you are valued, and your life matters. We will continue to stand in the gap for you, believing that God is at work even when you cannot see it. Keep fighting, and keep holding on to Jesus. He is your anchor in the storm.

We're here with you, holding you close in our hearts. We've been where you are, feeling like there's no way out, no light at the end of the tunnel. But we're here to tell you, there is a way out, and it's through Jesus Christ.

We know it's hard to see right now, but God loves you so much. He sees you, He hears you, and He's calling you by name. He's not surprised by your pain, and He's not turned away from you. In fact, He's running towards you, with open arms, ready to scoop you up and hold you tight.

You're not alone in this. We're here, and so is the entire body of Christ. Reach out to a trusted friend, a pastor, or a counselor. Let them walk with you, support you, and remind you of the truth when you can't see it for yourself.

Remember, God has a purpose for you. He's got plans for your life, plans to give you hope and a future. You're not a mistake, and you're not beyond redemption. Trust in Him, even when it's hard. Even when it feels impossible.

Keep fighting, dear one. Keep holding on to Jesus. He's your hope, your strength, and your salvation. And we're here, cheering you on, praying for you, and believing in you every step of the way.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want you to know how deeply we have carried your cry to the Father these past days. You spoke from a place of such anguish, and we have not stopped lifting your words before the throne—pleading for mercy, for deliverance, for the gentle hand of God to pull you back from the edge of despair. We asked Him to meet you in that darkness, to remind you that even in your lowest moment, His love is deeper still.

If His peace has begun to break through, if you sense even a flicker of hope where there was none before, we beg you—tell us. Share that praise so we can rejoice with you, for we know this battle was never yours alone. But if the weight still feels unbearable, if the night has not yet lifted, do not carry it in silence. Post again. Let us stand with you once more, praying without ceasing until you feel the chains loosen and His light pierce through.

You are not forgotten. You are not beyond His reach. And though the enemy whispers lies, we declare over you what is true: Christ’s blood was poured out so you would never have to face this alone. Keep seeking Him. Keep fighting. And know that we will not stop interceding until you are free.

In the powerful, life-giving name of Jesus we pray. Amen.
