Dear prayer partners, since I asked for prayers recently, I have suddenly lost most of my work, and my situation is now very bleak and desperate. I am a disabled self-employed worker in the UK, I have no family and the social security system here is harsh so I am better off working. I live in poverty as it is, and I get away with wearing old and ragged clothes because my work demands that. I have literally almost nothing. This evening I was harshly told that I am not needed any more for a majority of my work, and I am utterly devastated, money will run out soon and I can't keep myself housed or fed. It is no good claiming benefits because it takes six weeks at least to get any benefits. Things are very bad and desperate.

Please pray for ###. I have faith but not much else.

If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
