Dear Lord, please help me to not communicate with my ex. For some reason I still care and he doesn't. I care when he's the one that's done unimaginably horribly abusive things to me. Threatened to drop me off in the middle of no where, hurt my neck, took my keys and told the cops I would not leave even though his neighbors were my witnesses. I must not be right in the head to have got involved and fallen for a man who does these things. My prior ex once threw gasoline on me while I was driving in my uniform and taunted me with his lighter over an argument. Please cure whatever it is about me that attracts these men and fall for them. Please Lord make my mind normal, sound, and strong. Amen
