Dear Lord:

Please help me in my daily life to be the best person I can be. Please help me overcome my cancer - and to overcome the conflict I seem to be having with my ###.

Please help me with my weight issues. I had weight loss surgery 10 years ago and now I am starting to gain it back..I don't even eat. Please help me to get it back in control and if I need another surgery please help me with that. I know I have turned my back on you because I thought you didn't love me and I was worthless and just a mistake. Please Please Please help me.
