Dear Lord Jesus, Many people have hurt me, they have wished bad things for me, they are rude to me and they think that i am a good for nothing person. I need your help to find myself a nice husband who I can marry fast and end my misery because I will start a new chapter in my life and i will be away from all this negativity that exists in this house. Please help me. This I ask in your name. Amen.

Most people get married believing a myth that marriage is beautiful box full of all the things they have longed for; Companionship, intimacy, friendship etc ... The truth is, that marriage at the start is an empty box, you must put something in before you can take anything out. There is no love in marriage, love is in people, and people put love in marriage. There is no romance in marriage, you have to infuse it into your marriage. A couple must learn the art, and form the habit of giving, loving, serving, praising, of keeping the box full. If you take out more than you put in, the box will be empty. 

What do you have to put into that marriage box? A marriage can simply be a continuation of misery. 

they think that i am a good for nothing person

Who cares what people think, they usually do not think.  You should be more concerned about and interested in what God thinks about you.  God is the only One who sent someone to die for you, and for the whole world.  If He loves you that much you should be finding out what He thinks of you. All God wants is for you to love Him back.  People do stuff for others with a motive to get something in return. I guess you could say that God did that too when He sent Jesus to die for us.  But who, which person/people wants you to be part of their family when they do something for you?  God does want you into His family though, and wants to call you His child.  

Wow!  My daddy is the creator of everything seen and unseen. He must really think I am worthwhile.  







The best way to change your circumstances around you and to have the people around you do some changing is found in this verse of the Bible, the Word.

Proverbs 4:20-23 (ASV) 
20  My son, attend to my words; Incline thine ear unto my sayings.
21  Let them not depart from thine eyes; Keep them in the midst of thy heart.
22  For they are life unto those that find them, And health to all their flesh.
23  Keep thy heart with all diligence; For out of it are the issues of life.

You, your flesh, your family will all be affected if "you" will make Jesus and God your main focus in life. Read the Word daily, especially the New Testament. Read it, memorize passages, speak passages aloud, mediate on the Words you have read. Sing praise songs, worship the Lord, And love others around you.  Love them like Jesus does and says to do. When you do these things the people around you, your family, shall change. Keep your focus on Jesus, the Father, and the Holy Spirit.

Holy God and loving Father, I consciously place my fears, worries, anxieties, and burdens in your hands. I know that I have so little power to change the outcome of these events and I trust that you will work what is pleasing to you, and best for me, out of these situations. Forgive me for my anxious thoughts and for letting my own worry become an idol that robs you of my full trust. Strengthen and empower me to trust you more by the power and presence of your Spirit. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen

Set boundaries. When dealing with negative people, set boundaries for how you deal with them. Someone else's negativity is not your responsibility to deal with. If they're bringing you down too much, you need to spend time away from them.

• If the negative person is a family member (especially one that you live with), try taking a break from them as much as possible. Go out to a library, take a walk, go to a nearby coffee shop or simply don't answer the phone every time they call.
  
• You have control of yourself.  Love yourself!  Let the family member know that you are not going to take their negative treatment anymore. You are a good & loving person.  Not their doormat to dump on you.  Stand up for yourself.  Be The Peace maker!
  
• Avoid the person. If you can't get rid of the person entirely, avoiding the person(s) will be your best option. Remember, you have to take care of yourself. You don’t owe anyone your time and energy, especially if the person drains you of it with negativity. Value your time!  Put yourself into other projects.  Getting married is not an answer.  You have to love yourself first in order to truly give yourself to someone else.  Pray for Peace in your life, in your home, and for the person(s) that are doing this to you.  Speak kindly to them and show that you are a bigger person.  Make plans to move on your own if things do not change.  God loves you.
