Dear Lord, I'm so sorry for my wrongdoings in the past, and I need your help in this particular situation. Because of my tactlessness, I attracted much antagonism from the people I work with. Lord, please help me to stay in harmony with them, please help me Lord. Now they have the evaluate my performance, I am so scared that they would give me a biased and poor evaluation.
