Dear Lord.

I really need Your help. I feel like a loser in every area of my life. It seems like nothing is working out...I tried to be positive...tried to pray and trust and I'm still losing out in almost every area of my life. Father God, I need Your help. Prayer brothers sisters, please pray for me. Today, I really feel very sad, I cried, I prayed, I am sick, I've tried many things to be a nice, caring person but all I get is someone yelling at me. I feel very very very weak at the moment. Please pray for me and lift me up in prayers. Thank you so much. Jesus, please help me, bless me with peace, joy, hope, wisdom and Your love. In Jesus' name I pray, amen.

I know exactly what you mean ; my way of dealing with such situations is to spend time inside my heart / soul, in prayer, building little by little some resting place in peace, kindness, strength, more powerful than the difficulties outside (sick body, weakness, unhappy people, difficult situations). And definitely no, you are not a loser !
