My first question to you is this.
If the other bridal shows were successful and a profit was made, was any of the profit given into the Kingdom of God?
Luke 6:38New King James Version (NKJV)38 Give, and it will be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over will be put into your bosom. For with the same measure that you use, it will be measured back to you.â€
If all the profits were kept and none was given, it would be like a farmer who planted seed and then harvested a crop and ate all of it, and did not keep anything for seed.
James 4:3…2You lust and do not have; so you commit murder. You are envious and cannot obtain; so you fight and quarrel. You do not have because you do not ask.3You ask and do not receive, because you ask with wrong motives, so that you may spend it on your pleasures.
Another thing you can do is to bless the bridal show. Yes, you can bless it. God has given every believer the power to do the same things that Jesus did when He walked this earth. He said the believers would do the same works He did, and greater.
Mark 6:41 - "Taking the five loaves and the two fish, he looked up to heaven,
and blessed and broke the loaves, and gave them to his disciples to set before the people;
and he divided the two fish among them all."
He did not ask in prayer for the Father to bless the bread. He blessed the bread. You are to do the same thing in your life.
Peter 1:3 King James Bible
According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue:
We gain that power through the knowledge of HIm. Thant means we read His Word and get to know HIm and have a relationship with Him.
In the name of Jesus, I loose the Holy Spirit into your life for wisdom and understanding.
