Dear Lord, I am just not a happy camper. The world is scary and I feel lost and lonely. I feel as though I am the only person who I can confide in. Everyone else is useless or not effective. I some times hate to wake up. I am overwhelmed with everything, I'm forgetful, sad, lonely, fearful, in pain, overweight, and I feel unprotected with so many unsure directions... Help!!!!!

We must learn to be thankful for what we do have.

Life happening is not always what one wants...

but we must learn it is our own responsibility to change

the things we can to improve our well being...often it is

no more than changing ones attitude and be glad in knowing....

one can be all they want to be...so long as you want to be

all you can be...the answers are within ones own self...

one must learn to fix ones own self...right attitude will cause

right actions. I hope you find what it is that is needed in your life.
