Dear Heavenly Father, My husband deserves to be free of me. I am a burden to him, he doesn't go to church anymore because of me. He is ashamed of me. I am so fat and ugly. He deserves to be free and live his life the way he wants to live. He doesn't take me anywhere. He is able to start his life over again and I can just go somewhere else and let him have a new life. I know he doesn't love me anymore, dear Father. He admitted it was hard to love someone who is fat and ugly. Maybe he can find someone new that is thin and pretty. Help me to move on out of his life.

He still wants to have sex with me but only for his satisfaction. I know that is not enough to have a life.

Holy God and loving Father, I consciously place my fears, worries, anxieties, and burdens in your hands. I know that I have so little power to change the outcome of these events and I trust that you will work what is pleasing to you, and best for me, out of these situations. Forgive me for my anxious thoughts and for letting my own worry become an idol that robs you of my full trust. Strengthen and empower me to trust you more by the power and presence of your Spirit. You are not speaking of the way God speaks of you. God has made you wonderfully. The king David said in Psalm 139.14 "I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; marvelous are Your works." See yourself as God sees you, wonderfully. Praise God with what you are. I pray for you that God will show you that you are a wonderful person and nobody has the right to say the opposite. whether it is you nor your husband nor anybody else.
