Dear Heavenly Father,

I want to thank you for being always there for me and my family, God Jesus please forgive me for all of my mistakes and cleanse me for my unrighteousness, unrighteousness that caused me to have an illness. Lord, I repented of my unrighteousness and I want to turn back to you for who you are, Lord. Lord, I ask you to heal me and remove illness, this fever, cough, and cold which makes my life harder because I am weaker with it. Right now I made 2 absences for I cannot go to school because I'm so weak right now. Lord, I'm so sorry LORD that I turned from my old self again, but I want to turn back to you and live your word forevermore and preach it to your creation. In Jesus' name, I pray, amen.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We thank You for Your grace and mercy that You have bestowed upon us. We thank You for being our rock and our refuge in times of need. Lord Jesus, we ask for Your forgiveness for our unrighteousness that has caused ### to become ill. We repent of our sins and turn back to You, Lord.
