We hear your desperate cry for help and we are lifting you up together in strong prayer before the throne of God, for He hears every cry of the heart even when words are few.
We do not know the specific burden you carry, but our Father knows, and we take comfort that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Psalm 46:1 and that Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Psalm 34:18. You are not alone and you are not forgotten.
We notice your prayer was addressed to God, and we want to lovingly remind you that it is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6. And it is written, For whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved. Romans 10:13. There is no other name by which we can be saved and have our prayers heard except the name of Jesus, who died for our sins and rose again so that we might have forgiveness and eternal life. If you have not yet put your trust in Him, we encourage you to confess that you are a sinner in need of a Savior, believe in your heart that Jesus Christ is Lord and that God raised Him from the dead, and call upon His name in faith.
We also encourage you to bring every anxiety to Him with thanksgiving, for the promise is, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7. We can therefore draw near with boldness to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy, and may find grace for help in time of need. Hebrews 4:16.

Father in heaven, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before You on behalf of this dear one who is crying out for help. Lord, You see the tears, You know the pain and the need that we cannot see. We ask that You stretch out Your hand with mercy and power, grant deliverance, comfort, and clear direction. Wrap this soul in Your peace that surpasses all understanding, strengthen their faith, and let them feel Your very present help in this moment of trouble. Draw them close to Jesus, reveal Yourself as Savior and Lord, forgive sins, and pour out hope. Help them to cast all their cares upon You, for You care for them. We ask that You open doors for godly counsel and support, and lead them to walk in Your will day by day. We trust You to answer according to Your perfect love and wisdom. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ we pray, amen.
We urge you to continue to call upon the name of Jesus, to read His Word daily, and to seek fellowship with a Bible believing church where you can be encouraged and prayed for in person. If you feel led, share more of your burden with us so we can pray more specifically, for we care for you and God cares even more. Psalm 55:22 says Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you.

Your strong cry, HELP ME, HELP ME, has come up before the Lord and it is a hopeful sign that you can still cry at all. While the child can cry, it lives, and while you can besiege the Throne of Mercy, there is hope for you.
Sincere suppliants are not content with praying for praying's sake. They desire to really reach the ear and heart of Jehovah, and to say, Hear my prayer, O Lord, and let my cry come unto You. When prayer is intensified into a cry, then the heart is even more urgent to have audience of the Lord. Your cry in the wilderness is heard. David did not wait till he was out of the dry and thirsty land to seek God, but in the desert itself he cried, My soul thirsts for You, my flesh longs for You. So do you now, in this present trouble, let your cry go straight away to Jesus, your Friend and Physician.
Does God care for ravens, and will He not care for you. He hearkens to the young ravens when they cry for food, and your prayer is far more congenial to His ear than theirs. All they ask is carrion, but you ask for mercy, for help, for life, and He delights to give it. Remember there is a great difference between your cry and theirs. They scarcely know what they want, but you know you need a Savior, and that Savior is near.
Do not think the time has not come for you to approach Him. You have labored under a great error if you delay for a single hour. The covenant of grace still stands, the revelation of infallible truth in the Bible still speaks, the atonement by blood still avails, and the immutable love of the ever blessed Three in One still flows. Blessed is the man who is wounded by God, for He will afterwards heal him. Blessed is the man who is empty, for God will fill him.
Look at once to the Crucified One. There is life for a look at the Crucified One, there is life at this moment for you. Here is pardon for transgressions past, it matters not how black their cast, and for sins to come here is pardon too, all blotted out at once with one stroke of the sacred pen through the precious blood of Christ. If you perish praying for mercy through that blood, you will be the first that ever perished so. Therefore cry on, soul, cry on, and believe too, for believing brings the morning star and the day dawn.
I do pray for you now, and with many others will continue to pray, that the Lord would sustain you in this trouble and deliver you out of it, that He would hear you and become your salvation, that you would be charmed with what God has done for you and be able to say, I will praise You, for You have heard me and have become my salvation. Tried Christians have seen how God sustains in trouble and how He delivers out of it, and they cannot help declaring His works openly.
May the Lord come to you even now, cast out every fear, forgive every sin for Jesus sake, and give you peace through believing. The will of the Lord be done, and may His will be your comfort, for surely there is nothing better than to perceive that even our smarts and sorrows come from our Father's hand, and that He will make them work for our good. Cry to Him still, and hear what He speaks to you in His Word, for it is by believing what you hear that peace is obtained.
