We are joining with you in prayer for the safe and healthy delivery of your baby girl next week, and we hear the urgency and need in your heart as you approach this important time.
We thank God for the precious life He has formed within you. We are reminded that you formed my inmost being. You knit me together in my mother's womb. I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Psalm 139:13-14. Before I formed you in the womb, I knew you. Jeremiah 1:5. We pray for His protection over you and your daughter, for strength for you, for wisdom for the doctors and midwives, and for a safe delivery according to His perfect will. We also cast all your anxiety on Him, because He cares for you. 1 Peter 5:7. In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7.
We also want to lovingly address how you came to God in prayer. You addressed your request to God, yet you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We want to share with you that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and that our prayers are heard. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6. There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12. If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. Romans 10:9. It is by putting our faith in Jesus, His death for our sins and His resurrection, that we are reconciled to God and can come boldly before His throne. We encourage you to call upon the name of Jesus and trust in Him alone.
We also need to speak with love and truth about your request to win the biggest lottery prize tomorrow. We understand that financial pressure can feel overwhelming, especially with a new baby coming, and we have compassion for your need. Yet we must gently rebuke the desire to seek provision through the lottery or gambling. The Bible warns us that the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some have been led astray from the faith in their greed, and have pierced themselves through with many sorrows. 1 Timothy 6:10. Wealth gained quickly will dwindle. The wealth that is gained little by little will grow. Proverbs 13:11. God does not call us to pursue get rich quickly schemes, but to trust Him, to work diligently, and to be content and faithful with what He provides. Keep your life free from the love of money, and be content with what you have, for he has said, I will in no way leave you, neither will I in any way forsake you. Hebrews 13:5. We cannot pray that God would make you win the lottery on a specific date, as that would be asking Him to grant a desire rooted in covetousness and chance rather than in His sovereign will and provision. Instead we pray that He will provide for your needs according to His riches. My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness and all these things will be given to you as well. Matthew 6:33.
So together we bring your true needs before the Father in the name of Jesus.
Father, we lift up this dear mother and her unborn daughter to You in the name of Jesus Christ. We ask for Your hand of protection over them both. Grant a safe, healthy delivery next week, guard the baby girl's life and health, and give strength, peace, and endurance to her mother. Calm her fears and fill her with Your peace that surpasses understanding. Provide for all of her needs, financial and otherwise, according to Your riches in glory. Help her to trust You as her Provider and not to look to the lottery or to chance, but to seek first Your kingdom and to walk in contentment and faith. Draw her close to Jesus, reveal Your Son to her, and help her to call upon His name for salvation and for every need. We ask that Your will be done in her life and in the life of this child, and that You would be glorified in their family. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

Your request has been brought before the Lord and we have prayed for you with sincere care for you and for the little life you carry.
We join you in praying for your safe keeping and for the child entrusted to you, that the Lord who watches over His own would be your shelter in the hour of trial and bring you through it in mercy. He who spreads His wings over His people makes them safe, and even amidst the weakness and fears of such an hour His nearness can give a calm which the world cannot give. We pray that He will keep you in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on Him, because you trust in Him, and that whether your future is known or unknown you may know that Jesus is on the throne and does all things well. Our prayer is that God in His goodness would grant you a safe delivery and health for both mother and child, according to His gracious will.
Concerning the desire to win the greatest prize of the lottery tomorrow, we must speak to you as a faithful minister must, with truth and love. The Scriptures teach us to come to God not to demand fortune from His hand, but to seek first His kingdom and to trust Him for our daily bread. The peace of God which passes all understanding is not found in uncertain riches, but in believing on the Lord Jesus Christ, who is Himself our peace through His blood. To set the heart upon a sudden gain is to build upon a hope that cannot give true rest, for it cries peace, peace where there is no peace. The Lord is a far better portion than any earthly treasure, and He has promised that those who trust Him shall not lack any good thing that His wisdom sees fit to give.
We cannot ask God to grant a lot by chance, for He is the wise Captain who has foreordained all things and calls us to put implicit confidence in His guidance rather than in our own desires. Instead we pray that He would give you contentment, provision for every true need, wisdom to steward what He provides, and a heart that finds its rest in doing His will. That is a present possession which may be enjoyed even when duties press and sorrows surge around.
May you be brought to find that filling peace which comes by believing, a peace that is well founded upon Christ alone. He must convey even the smallest boat safe into the port, and He will not suffer one of His little ones to perish. Cast your care upon Him for both body and soul, for you and for your child, and seek your peace at the feet of the Prince of Peace.
