Dear God, you have always been by my side. Healthy children and food on the table we have always been able to provide for our ### kids, but my husband has lost his job due to bad knees and bulging discs in his back. He is ### and applied for disability. We have owned our home for ### years and now we can't afford mortgage and property taxes. I'm scared our home is not fancy, but it's ours. The children are ###, ###, and ###. They make honor roll, perfect attendance, etc. This house is all they know. If you can hear me, Lord, please give me strength and if anyone can answer my prayer in your name, I pray amen.

Holy God and loving Father, I consciously place my fears, worries, anxieties, and burdens in your hands. I know that I have so little power to change the outcome of these events and I trust that you will work what is pleasing to you, and best for me, out of these situations. Forgive me for my anxious thoughts and for letting my own worry become an idol that robs you of my full trust. Strengthen and empower me to trust you more by the power and presence of your Spirit.
