Let us first reassure you with God's promise in Colossians 3:23-24 (WEB): "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ."

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today to thank You for the job You have blessed ### with. We know that every good and perfect gift comes from You (James 1:17). We ask, Lord, that You would establish ### in this job, and help them to do it well every day, for Your glory. Grant them peace in their workplace, and help them to be a peacemaker and a light to their colleagues (Matthew 5:9, 14-16).
We pray that You would fix any potential issues and help ### to maintain good relationships with everyone there. Guide them with Your wisdom and discernment in all their interactions and decisions (James 1:5).
Thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your promise in Psalm 6:9, that 'the Lord has heard my supplication. The Lord will receive my prayer.' We ask all these things in the precious name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Amen."
